The inspiring true story of a poor Irish immigrant who sets sail for America in 1928 with dreams of becoming a millionaire but, with the help of the most iconic celebrities of Hollywood, ends up spending his life championing the message,
I recorded this documentary from UP TV and decided to watch it today on Divine Mercy Sunday. I don't have the words to tell you how inspirational, impactful, and meaningful it was for me. God bless you and Fr. Peyton.
A GREAT MAN! I met him at The Derby Baseball Ground in 1952, I was 9 years old, I went with my mother, and the next day my father went to see and hear him and he blessed my father's rosary beads. The crowds were astonishing - overflowing - and that was prior to the "ecumenical" Vatican II. Look at us now? God and Our Lady, Help Us All ..... !!!
get the word out America needs another Fr. Patrick Petyon now.....Attention world !! LOL this is serious ROSARY RALLIES NEEDED ALL AROUND THE WORLD NOW>>>
I remember praying the Rosary during the Family Rosary Hour on the radio after dinner every night in Albany, NY in the late 1950's. I think this is when my love for Jesus and the Blessed Mother began. Thank you Father Peyton.
Already saw it in the movie theater when it came out and I just absolutely loved this movie!! Everyone should watch this movie and I am sure it will convert many who have strayed away from the faith. This film is truly a blessing from God. Thank you Jesus and our Holy Mother for granting us this film, we need this more now than ever!
Great life changing movie. Everyone needs to see it! If the world sees this movie, the world can’t help be changed and healed to a great degree. The two best documentary movies of all time are: #1: Pray: The story of Patrick Peyton #2: Free solo
I saw this movie a couple of months ago, they showed it at a conference and I was deeply moved. Both by Fr. Peyton's devotion and the movie itself. If you can see, watch it. It has the potential to change ones life, and to learn about this great man who was a priest.
Saw the documentary on Fr. Peyton tonite. Powerful! He stood for millions of people in the 40s and beyond all over. His prayers were powerful! His slogan the family that prays together stays together! Timeless!
I just saw the movie. It was phenomenal!! Beautifully and wonderfully made! And so surprised to see a former Royals player in it! My dad was a scout for the Royals for twenty-five years and my twin brothers worked in the clubhouse when you played. They always spoke highly of you. So wonderful to see how strong your faith is. God bless you!!
I encourage all of America, to go ,to flock to see this movie, and start a whole new outlook on life, seeing how one man did make a difference in our Nation and beyond ! One good, pious and holy Catholic Priest did make an impression and will make one now if you will watch and see--Fr. Patrick Peyton pray for us !!
@@mariatolentino4516 Yeah it is only showing at one theater here in Indianapolis. I wish it was more of a wide release. I hope they release it on amazon soon.
I remember seeing his shows on TV when I was a child. We certainly need prayer now. Many in Austria credit the rosary rallies that were held during WW11 with protecting them from Communism, although countries surrouding them were not so fortunate.
I wish Fr. Peyton was here today and walking right next President Trump !! No one would dare mud sling and disrespect the President then !! Come down from Heaven Father and assist Our President !!
In 2020 now this very day this very hour--let the Catholic Priests and Bishops preach and turn the pages of time-- back --and return to all tradition with promotion of the Rosary and the Latin Tridentine Mass of all times...in the best of wishes to follow the footsteps of the Saints in Heaven.. may all people sincerely get out the rosaries and stand for God and country and start praying the rosary --May Fr Patrick Peyton inspire us all !! Pray for us Father Peyton ,stand with us and help us !
