Try been 48 and realizing you wasted all those years avoiding been fit.. and when you finally hit the gym and give it your all while tryna keep safe and eating well and not over doing it, your body gives out and youre even in more pain then you ever where been obese.. Thats true depression. I can remember every day over the last 6 months i was pain free and that was one time leaving a supermarket walking through a car park.. and it was like bedding a girl you dreamed about all your life.. like a promotion you worked hard for for decades.. There is nothing worse than having the heart of a lion but the body of a 90 year old.
Weights don't do anything. High intensity does. You're just training mind muscle control with minimal health and longevity benefits. Might as well just do extra cardio

its not talking back. its them responding to what youre saying. i can bet $100 if somebody was yelling at her about something, she'd gett defensive and ' back talk' them. parents treating their kids like they are their personal soldiers is only going to leave you in the nursing home 🫶🏻
