This video is old. But saved me a masive headache trying to figure out where the cabin filter is. I just bought a 2000 accord for a commuter car. But it needs work. Thank god for youtube helping me with everything i need to know.
Yes first of all , nicely done, of course! He hasn’t seen these comments. Doesn’t look it , ha ha . I’m not impressed. I have to use a screwdriver by hand. I went to pull Apart and couldn’t pull it out until now that I’ve seen this demo.
I couldn't get that center console piece removed, so after I pulled it back about an inch I removed the right screw. When I put it back together I accidentally broke the tab on the big plastic cover under the glove box that attaches to that screw. Anyway, no more mold and mildew smell.
This is the best video for changing a cabin air filter in a 2000 1998 to 2001 Honda Accord. Not a lot of talk, just real clear viewing on what you have to do in order to get this task done.
Oh...hell no. After I removed all those 20 year old screws, tabs and panels...and replaced them...Id be driving around in squeeky old rattle trap. My dirty old filter is staying put.
