@@beardsandbanjos I am honestly pretty convinced your 1 year results are going to be fantastic, you have reversed your miniaturized hair and studies show improvement for many years. Do you think minoxidil or finasteride thickened your front more? Or maybe you added both at the same time that way it's hard to know
@beardsandbanjos Yes, you are correct. Fin is nr 1 Minoxidil 2 (since it does not reduce dht) and then comes microneedling and potentially ketokonazole, the rest don't convince me yet tbh. Happy for you man, not only do I think you don't need a HT anymore (your hair now looks so natural and suits you) and if you do think you do I doubt you will as results improve. Personally I think low hairlines especially as we reach 35-40+ can look a bit unnatural but maybe that's just me. Not to mention the risk of the surgeon doing a poor job, I guess you would really have to do good research on clinics.
@@club-girl2809 I don’t have a large head and they were pretty tight on me. Exchanging for a different size is not too much trouble if what you need is in stock.
@@Zulleikha234 great question. The shampoo has ingredients that have shown to thicken the hair that you do have, so they could potentially benefit everyone. There’s been some good results with the low laser therapy in women as well. Good luck.
I use fin, minox, and Nizoral shampoo for the ketoconazole and it's done a pretty good job of bringing my hair back. The patch on my crown has filled in, and the hairline is not as bad anymore. I've always had a pretty high hairline, so I wasn't expecting magic, but I'm happy with the results I've gotten.
Awesome job Bryan! I have become such a huge fan of Voodoo Menscraft. I couldn't agree with you more on their quality. I placed my order for Stingy Jack today and can't wait to try it!
What makes me hesitant to use finasteride/minoxidil is that I heard there can be side effects. But people have said there have been so side effects. I assume you haven’t experienced any side effects.
The risk of side effects has to be extremely low, or the FDA wouldn’t approve its use. I had read about all of those side effects, but I didn’t have any. If you do experience side effects they will often go away after an adjustment period. You can also lower the dosage temporarily to get things under control.
@@beardsandbanjos Thanks for the quick response. I've been using Jamaican castor oil and now 6 months using JC oil with coconut with no noticeable growth in my crown. So the next option is to get finasteride/minoxidil and see what happens.
Thank so much Bryan! Always appreciative about your input. Stingy Jack actually released 3 years ago and since then I had been wanting to revamp it and I think it came out perfectly. So stoked you liked it!
Great job Bryan! Thanks for sharing your journey. The results look good to me! The Bearded Mack's hair styling products are great! I have the Wax Cream Pomade in the High Tide scent, and the Matte Paste in the Roaring 20's scent. I use the pomade when I really need my style locked in, and the paste for when I want a lighter hold. Chris has done an outstanding job with these products!
I've tried Deadmans Night out, Relax, Refine, Agave tide, just got the Study, and still have obsidian and these two new ones that I want to try lol oh and the striping wash!
Thanks Bryan!! Yep I’m toning down the cinnamon just a bit and adding a little more cream/milk to the cinnamon toast munch to give it a bit more of that cereal vibe. We love it!! Thanks again for the excellent video and also your feedback! We appreciate you!
bro you have the buzzcut of mustaches stop get some proper scissors btw straight machine cuts are noticeable and tasteless literally the only thought you put into it was to trim it from a distance with an electric shaver I don't even think you know how to line the hairs that are near your lips
Always enjoy your videos all sounds great especially the first 3 I am now trying to barbershop oils and enjoying them but never thought they would be in my wheelhouse Thanks for your comments
@@dearestsweetheart8265 great question. I play the banjo (that’s me playing at the beginning of the video). I originally planned on featuring both when I started the channel, but there’s not enough overlap in the two topics so I stick to mostly beard content. Thanks for asking.
Very disappointed with it. It promises an easy way to apply but in reality the can dispenses the two products unevenly (way more white foam than color, sometimes only white foam), making it really hard to do retouches without wasting a big amount of product. For an expensive dyeing product like this, this should work much better. There is no need to get a faulty dispenser. Great marketing, poor product.
So sorry. They need to come out with a partial coverage option with red and brown hues. The current options seems to only feature black tones. You can go for the permanent product in red or light brown and only leave it in for 5 minutes and see how it does for you.
