i have a few points to make 1. idk about bedrock but java takes around like 5-10 min to play together so its not hard 2. the marketplace is not convenient cuz on java u can just get skins and mods from website easily and for free

I’ve played the Xbox version since release and I can confidently say they both have good features but let’s be honest. Java wins. The only thing we got was good and easy online play and tutorial worlds lmao…
Hey, so my 5-year-old son is really into Minecraft on his tablet. Now he wants the PC version, but I'm not sure which one to get. I downloaded both the Java and Bedrock demos, and it seems like Bedrock (Windows edition) is more like the tablet version and can be played with an Xbox controller. But with the Java edition, I can't connect the controller, and it's tough for him to use the mouse and keyboard. Also, he sees a lot of youtube videos of minecraft with different mods and stuff, so he insist to do the same, lol. So, which one do you think I should get for him?
Bedrock is more popular than jave because Bedrock can be played on multiple devices while jave is only on pc. Java is just more popular on RU-vid, and me personally i play on java.
because its easier?? personally i like java's bridging because compared to bedrock it actually needs skill if you want to go fast. Speed telly bridging is faster than any bedrock bridging method
@@fldom4610 ok fair enough but that's your opinion that's fine but I personally like bedrock bridging bc it is easy to learn fast (faster than telley or speed telly) and makes it easier for me that's why I like bedrock bridging instead so no crazy advantage but yes I prefer bedrock bridging
i mean briding on java is still better bc it takes this thing u prob never have heard about that is SKILL but if u dont want to need skill for briding and pvp then bedrock is better for u
Thank you for actually using stats as judges instead of other videos not giving a solid answer and saying "in the end it all comes down to playstyle". you are actually helping people choose which one to buy. good job.
Java is better cuz bedrock you can’t really do that much stuff like an example let’s say if ur in the nether and you trying to cross lava and you put a boat in the lava the boat is just going to break super fast in bedrock in Java the boat takes longer to break so Java is better
Java because since it's on PC it's not laggy. On PS4 Minecraft is so slow you'd see better performance on Sonic 2006, PS2 Sonic Heroes and Crash Wrath Of Cortex and even the old GTA V loading screen. Last night my data corrupted because I saved and quit the world. 3:48 You get signed out very often, I made an account for crossplay and it got banned, I never used it for anything but adding Xbox players. I play solo.
Java is ofc better & more efficient when it comes to PVP and is more original, but I used to be a bedrock guy on console before being a Java user on PC and bedrock is still ok
Great video. You have a nice calm paced voice. I was looking for recent videos about this topic and all I could find were videos of people talking at the top of their lungs and putting a meme every 2 seconds. Keep it up man!
Java will always be superior, the only thing bedrock can hope for is to get on the same level as Java, it will never surpass Java as Java can do everything bedrock can with the help of mods, but bedrock will never be able to do things like build on the nether roof, have good redstone, have good farms…etc so yea Java solos bedrock easily
bedrock is objectively worse other than the flexibility of consoles - Mods • you can literally make your game run great on a pc that’s cheaper than a console - you can make your own mods very easily and even add the bedrock differences to java if you really care about them - you can play with friends just like bedrock with 1 mod, you don’t need a server like he said in the video - bedrock forces you to spend money whereas java doesn’t - combat is laggy and even minecraft openly states bedrock doesn’t always actuate attacks which is dumb - pvp is obviously better in java as there is more flexibility literally the only thing bedrock has over java is consoles
