And since the special needs population is now increasing in classrooms, it is becoming more and more difficult to implement CLASS. Because classrooms need more specialized personnel to work with this population of children, to be able to provide them with the services that they need. It is very difficult to implement CLASS in a classroom when half of the children are special needs or have behavioral issues and the other half are typical children, with only two adults in the classroom. It is a very difficult situation for teachers who are rarely considered when they share their concerns about this with their supervisors and educational managers.
My first priority in my classroom is get to know my students and interact with them, involved with all they are doing.Thank you for reinfocement about learn to taking advise form one to another as professional.

I found watching the webinars were very encouraging, keeping control of the kiddos in each classroom. Repetitive interactions are very important I feel. The kiddos know what to expect and again the schedule each day is critical for understanding whether it's circle time, arts, etc. Repetitive, however is different each day. Impact a child's life is so important on a daily basis. We need to help each other become better each day because it helps ..communicate with other teacher's what works for them. Expand our horizons for our children's development!!!
In a school setting , preschoolers have certain amount of time to eat their lunch before dismissed for half day and full day have to get ready for restime.
