I'm on the fence about buying this game for months, the stuff you can build is awesome, but I'm more worried about the stuff you can do. In "Evangelion Galactic Survival" I download other people's builds in steam workshop, so I never spend anytime building, so what else is there to do in this game?
I have to say this ship is absolutely beautiful. The amount of detail you placed is astronomical. I saw that it took you roughly 4 months to build this. I just bought the game but ai dont even think ai could build something like this in years. I will have to look at you other builds for sure. Thank you for taking the time to share it with us.
@@tetubegames8020 any chance you might do some videos in the future to help newbies learn how to build better creations. This game has such an amazing building system, but so little info on building itself or the tricks the community has learned along the way.
@@keitho6974 That's something I have in mind for quite some time. But I've been super busy lately.. I don't have much time to play Starship EVO as before. I have been building one single and big ship since last year, a kind of "evolution" of Defensor Frigate. I hope you keep supporting Starship EVO and Tsuna. cheers!
Foi meio no sufoco, mas foi uma sensação legal ter zerado os 6 megaman! Só tinha jogado o MM2 e MM3 na minha infância; (kinda harsh, but it was nice to finish all 6 Megaman! I only had played MM2 and MM3 when i was a kid. :D
This video is survival mode, I built all these bricks. But there is a creative mode too, where you don't need to craft bricks to build. The developer is already working on a way to spawn a blueprint built in creative
You need to ask the developer to add you in the Beta team. There is a topic on github for that . github.com/tsunamayo/Starship-EVO/issues/5464#issuecomment-1967612657
@@tetubegames8020 damn will ur designs are amazing! Do you look up ships from shows for inspiration? If you don't mind me asking. Im just new to all this and want to be able to create awesome ships too
@@sonic-bb I try to make my own designs. Of course sometimes they look as like some other ship, but it's never on purpose. Some people say my ships looks like Naboo's ships (from star wars prequels). Most of my "inspiration" comes from Final Fantasy games, that have super stylish ships. But as I said, I'm always trying to make something new. I hope it has helped you, cheers!
Wow, this is gorgeous, not as this blocky and far limited Space Engineers designs. Yes, it looks a bit cartoonish, but who cares?! I wanna build a ship that I want, not that game allows me due to its heavy and impractical limitations.... Let say I wish to recreate scaled down Vaygr Batlecruisier in Space Engineers, I simply can't because if I do, then I must pack it with thrusters and gyroscopes to the brim, which leaves almost no space for anything else (any functioning hangar, interior or even its main weaponry) and this is so unrealistic that its hurts. I hope that this game will develop well and will be the real challenge for SE.
to be fair, you can just buy Starship EVO, it already has all the elements of SE (planets, asteroids, mining, refining, crafting, building bases, ship building) + NPC ships and the best ship building system (you can stretch blocks, and change their material - in short, there are no windows, but glass blocks, from which you make your windows). and the level of detail you can get with the block size variation is absurdly impressive (in SE terms: you can attach small grid to large grid without doing the rotor trick and inviting the wrath of Klang, AKA bad design of the game engine for calculating forces applied to entities)
this thing is unbelievably cool. You did an insane job. I especially love all the mechanical stuff and the cockpit. The design itself is awesome too. Crazy man
How does this game compare to space engineers in terms of designing? Does it matter how much mass and armor come into play or not that much? Every ship I see made with this game seems to be capable of incredible speeds and crossing the whole system in minutes.
yes, the design is important. Mass is important on Hull Points (HP) and speed. The shape and the mass are important on heat dissipation calculation. Reactors, guns, shields, warpdrives, thrusters and lightcruise thrusters consume energy and generate heat, so you need to balance everything. Energy, heat, shield points, speed rate, agility rate, lightcruise rate, warp drive range, guns, everything must be considerated on designing a ship.
What an awesome design. I got interestedi n Starship EVO after seeing some Star Citizen ships lovingly recreated in the game, but a lot of the original ship designs are absolutely astounding. Fantastic creativity and work!
Dev have just released a big update concerning procedural planets generation. I believe all the dots will starts to connect since we already have mining, crafting and fuel system, and some bounty hunter missions. It's a mater of time till the game becomes more polished.
Thanks! I've updated this ship already, it's much better now! I removed wing's turrets and put the weapons inside the wing. Also, the wings are foldable now
Your ship designs are so shapely and well-detailed. Great work! 😊 Do you know were the developer most regularly posts updates on his progress? I'm keeping my eye on the game for purchase when more functionality is in place.
Hi, thanks! Tsuna (the developer) posts updates on steam feed. Sometimes he posts on twitter, and you can follow updates and hotfixes on github. These are the important links. Cya steamcommunity.com/app/711980 twitter.com/TransNeonOrange?s=20 github.com/tsunamayo/Starship-EVO/issues
