So all that happened was you moved where the coolant was making contact with cutter 😂. First it was hitting higher up on cutter and the second time it was pointed towards the bottom of cutter. Well duh😅
It was difficult to capture but the first clip has the pump running as slow as it can before stalling and it is still a decent velocity leaving the nozzle. The second clip the pump is running happily in its rpm band. The coolant is at a much lower velocity and a smoother stream, causing it to hit lower on the cutter. I promise I didn’t move the nozzle just the flow of coolant. 😁
I've always bought new calipers as well but getting them powder coated forced my hand this time. They have to be completely stripped apart. It's not as simple as painting them.
