Welcome to this safe space for healing, connection, and feel-good energy 💜
Hi, I'm Danielle! I share videos about holistic health & wellness, self-actualization, and spirituality.
My journey began when I moved to Australia in 2017, where I spent two years living at an ashram and yoga community. This experience sparked my spiritual journey, and I have since traveled the world experiencing and exploring different healing modalities. In 2022, I lived and worked at an Ayahuasca retreat center in the Sacred Valley of Peru. I believes that we are our own greatest healer, and love and connection is the strongest medicine there is.
I am also an Usui Holy Fire III Karuna Reiki Master practitioner, certified sound healer and holistic health coach.
My hope is that this channel leaves you feeling better than before you came. Together, let’s create a life you love.
Hi there! I don't currently work at a center, but the one I used to work at was Arkana in the Sacred Valley of Peru :) You're welcome to email me! Danielle@soulembodiedhealing.com
Hello Danielle All your content on ayahuasca is so helpful thanks 🙏 Silly question here can I drink organic decaf coffee before and after my ceremonies?
Hi Nadine! Thank you so much ☺️ And no question is silly! Here's what I would recommend - decaf is fine a few days before/after, but if possible, I would recommend a couple days without coffee as it is quite acidic and can be hard on your stomach with the aya. That being said, if you know you'll have bad detox symptoms, headaches, etc. you'll be fine to have a little decaf just to keep that at bay. Just do what works best for you!
Hello Danielle , can you please give a name for a retreat center. I am going to Costa rica in Oct 2024 for 7 day retreat which includes 3 ceremonies and 14 people group
I totally get you buy saying we need to appreciate our “natural self“ BUT, tell me if I’m wrong but you have clearly cleaned up your screen shot in the back round and are sitting infront of a ring light?? So Ther is nearly nothing natural about your video that is TRYING to boost people to love our natural self!! Turn off the ring light and talk actual facts. Thanks
Hi there. Thank you for your feedback. We lived in a super minimalistic home at the time so that's pretty much always what it looked like 😅 There is no ring light but natural lighting coming in from the windows on the right. I understand how your perspective could come into play since many people nowadays portray a certain image online that isn't necessarily matching reality. That being said, I also don't think it helps to make assumptions and assume that people are not being genuine. I do hope something in the message of the video resonated with you. Wishing you the best 🙏🏼
Great video & great insights & advises. Hope lot,s will see this first, before starting. There are many resorts, but all are different and people are not always well informed.
thank you so much for your support and kind words ❤️ You're so right that some people are not super well informed before working with such powerful medicine. Hopefully this will change!
I definitely recommend exercise to keep your energy moving! It could be especially helpful in the days leading up to a ceremony to incorporate things like yoga, qi gong, etc. to help calm the nervous system ❤️
Thank you for this complete guide to Ayahuasca. It has described everything I've gone through in my own ayahuasca journeys and it is so important for people to really understand all of this before they embark on this sacred journey. 😌🙏
Incredible story. Thanks for sharing this with us. If you're interested Daniella has also shared details of her experience in our podcast: Part 1 - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-zixFCCJj0Ro.html&pp=ygUmZGFuaWVsbGUgcmF0ZWF1IHJlZGVzaWduaW5nIHRoZSBkaGFybWE%3D Part 2 - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Ppe0R4mjbc4.html&pp=ygUmZGFuaWVsbGUgcmF0ZWF1IHJlZGVzaWduaW5nIHRoZSBkaGFybWE%3D
Do anyone know how do I actually find someone in the U.S.A who can actually perform this type of ceremony. I've been looking for someone for the last 2yrs but im seeing that ppl aren't as transparent about this medicine.
You definitely have to be cautious/aware. I wish it wasn't the case but yes, not everyone is transparent about it. Are you open to anywhere in the US or looking around a specific state?
Do you have a recommendation on a retreat center or shaman?? This is something I WILL be doing, but I want to make sure it’s in the right place with the right people. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated!
Hi there! Not a specific shaman but there are so many great retreat centers out there. I actually have a video about choosing one if you want to check it out ☺️ also ayaadvisors website is good for honest reviews. It depends so much on price range, where you want to go, etc!
Hi Danielle, I like your channel. Thanks for the honest way of sharing your thoughts. I found your channel because in two weeks I will be having my first Ayahuasca ceremony. I'm very much looking forward to it. Your videos are very helpful for people to understand what they are dealing with and what they can expect or should not expect. Great work! Thanks.
Thank you so much for your support! I'm so happy you've found the videos to be helpful ☺️ and I'm wishing you an incredible ayahuasca ceremony!! So excited for you ✨🙏🏻
This is so beautiful, thank you. I had the most magical and healing ayahuasca-journey last week and I could reconnect with all the emotions immediately with the help of your meditation 🌱🙏🏼
I want so much to feel what everyone is feeling..my first two ayuaska attempts were not good but I wasn’t comfortable I didn’t trust or feel safe…I had a very bad two sessions it seemed so evil and the music sounded evil and I couldn’t climb out of it I was so exhausted. Do you have a shaman that you would recommend for my next experience? I really need this❤️I live in reno,nv
I can absolutely resonate. And it can be super challenging to have that kind of experience. That's part of why it's so important to feel comfortable/safe in the space where you're having ceremony. I don't have a specific shaman but there are a lot of amazing and safe retreat spaces in South America and even Costa Rica. Ayaadvisors also is a good site to check reviews for different spots!
Good to know that you have started afresh. Wow I am starting a fresh myself 2 plus years hence after attending the retreat in sacred valley. Amazing how my life has changed in a good way for the most part
Thank you for this valuable video. I really relate to a lot of what you brought up. I too have felt a lot of suffering and darkness within a ceremony, but also the release that comes with surrender. You just put words to my experiences, further helping me integrate (my last ceremony was 1,5 years ago) and like you said, it’s a lifelong process and I still feel her support. I’ve seen a lot of these types of videos and started following your channel after you posted about working at the retreat, but this video was 👌🏽🌟Going to listen to this many times.
Wow thank you so much for your beautiful message ❤️ The release that comes with surrender is so profound. it's truly a gift to experience and learn from. So grateful to have you as part of this community. Thank you again! ❤️
I love listening to you, it brings me back home to the medicine which strangely enough has been calling me back! So yeah, just wanted to congratulate you! Beautiful being and energy, thank you, for your work, for sharing, for being vulnerable and for being you! Truly a gift to the world!🙏 ❤️
Yes! I'm still here, Danielle. Amazing video, amazing message! I had almost similar first experience as yours, it was so great and full of love but the second time it was dark af but I've learned all the lessons I needed to. I started doing Ayahuasca in 2017, went to a few rituals with the natives and from there since then I haven't had another ceremony. 7 years has passed and I've learned so much, I still consider myself doing my integration but so confident right now...And these past few months I've been feeling it again, that calling to go and talk with Grandma Aya. So, soon I will be doing that, no rush... Well, you made my Saturday, it was so good to listen to you as it is always, you're for sure doing your work and I could sense when you made the last video, that you were going through something but now you look more relieved, stronger, still going through the integration as we do everyday, but you're even more ready. The energy you pass on just by watching you speak about your experience, it's amazing. I feel love, I feel the impulse to hug you and say: "thank you for sharing! I love you!" Until next time <3
Aww thank you so much for your beautiful message! I'm so happy this video resonated with you. Yes, even 7 years later there is still sooo much to integrate and learn from! Exciting to hear that you're feeling called to reconnect with the medicine though. Sending you so much love and gratitude for joining me on this journey ❤️
Wow! That was a comprehensive video. It couldn't have come at a better time for me. I just returned from Perú yesterday and my journeys took me in a terrifying direction. Listening to this video has definitely provided me with comforting words to enable a smoother beginning for my integration. Lots more journalling, meditating and being in nature ahead for me now. I guess we have to go to the depths and darkness of our souls before the light can be revealed to us. Thank you for sharing your experiences and thoughts 🙏❤✨
Claire thank you so much for sharing ❤️ I'm so grateful that this video came at the right time for you. Yes, at times it definitely takes diving into the depths of darkness, but it's such a powerful journey to be on!
It can be hard to put into words because you can see so much in such a short period of time, and sometimes it's beyond words. During the positive it was like I was surrounded by light and all sorts of different colors that were really peaceful. almost like moving through the sky, clouds, heaven ❤️ The negative felt very dark and I was seeing a lot of negative energies, entities, etc.
of course! The idea is integration of the insights, realizations and awarenesses that came up in the ayahuasca experience, moving forward into your everyday life. Otherwise we can have this profound, intense experience with the medicine but not know or understand how to translate it into life in a way that makes any lasting difference. I have a whole video on integration that explains in more detail as well ❤️❤️
Sorry for the late reply! There are so many amazing centers. If you have the chance it's great to go to a country like Peru, Ecuador, etc. where the medicine is from ☺️ ayaadvisors is a great website to check out reviews and such, and you can search based on location. Soltara is also a very reputable center that has a few different locations
Hi Danielle, I am going to Arkana retreat in the Sacred Valley of Peru in October this year. It’ll be my first time working with the medicine. Is this the same retreat that you worked at?
@@abbynormal9973 100% honor yourself and how you are feeling that day, after the Aya ceremonies you've already had. Bufo/Sapo is incredibly powerful medicine. Some people feel they want to purely work with Ayahuasca during their time without mixing in too many different medicines. It's really a personal choice. No matter what, you'll receive exactly what you need :)
Amazing meditation Danielle!!! Would love more of these. Maybe a shorter one, and also maybe a longer one🔆 Am doing a mdma retreat with my gf this weekend🙏🏼✨ And plan to use this beforehand. (Even though it says plant medicine) I trust, and surrender, Wish me luck❤️🔥
Aw I'm so happy you like the meditation!! I'll absolutely make more ❤️ Have a beautiful time with your gf this weekend. Wishing you both a powerful journey ❤️❤️
Thank you very much Danielle for all the information about Ayahuasca. I'm ready to plan my own Ayahuasca journey and I really would like your opinion. What do you recomment to do? One ceremonie (one night) and then some other time another night or 2 nights in a row?
Try DMT first ....more intense but much shorter. So if it's goes bad and it will sometimes you'll be back in a few minutes.....a 4-8 hour DMT trip is a lot for beginners
Hi there! You can attend an ayahuasca ceremony in many different countries, but ayahuasca itself is indigenous to the countries around the Amazon basin - Peru, Brazil, Ecuador, and Colombia
Folks: The host clearly writes in the pinned comment section that you should watch her video at .75x speed- the dozens and dozens of you who complained about her speaking style should be ashamed of your own lack of intelligence or reading comprehension. She also makes it very clear it’s not her intention in this video to recommend a retreat center for Aya. Do your own research- it’s not that difficult if you’re interested in the medicine.
