Marquez was desperate to prevent Rossi from getting another championships because Marquez knew if Rossi did, then he (Marquez) wouldn't be able to beat the GOATs career record. Facts remain that Rossi would have won two more championships if he had not crashed out a Laguna and if Marquez had not tried to hold up Rossi on purpose in Malesia. Only the guilty party offers "reconciliation" with a very public handshake attempt (Rossi didn't fall for it).

Anyone who knows anything about racing and has actually ridden a motorcycle will know MM was interfering with the race, the ultimate unsportsmanlike conduct I’ve ever witnessed, he was playing stupid games and won a stupid prize, you can’t kick someone off their bike like that it’s impossible, Honda wont release the braking data that will obviously show MM grabbing the brake, Rossi couldn’t kick the brake either as they are protected for situations like this. You melts need to wake up, MM was at fault here, if he had kept his nose out and just run his own race then he wouldn’t be known as a cheater for the rest of his life. Such a shame really has MM had so many future supporter in waiting.
