Veterans take note: this is the high Math Drill Sergeant. I thought I wasn't capable of math before this class. I truly believed, at that time, that math was for people that were better than me. Ross squared that away, in about 8 weeks. Engineers, please pay close attention to this class. Your success depends on it, and this man will give you the best chance you'll ever have at understanding, the language we use to relate amongst ourselves, how the world works. Thank you for the training, Dr. Ross!
In some circles, being called a drill sergeant is a compliment, so thank you! To everyone else, please don't be daunted--I am actually very approachable and perhaps even gentle. Perhaps it would help to think of me as a supportive mentor.
I have a question from one of your videos (the comments were turned off in that video).... It was actually saying to find the cross sectional area of that parabollic trough. So, how do we understand that the thickness of the glass is in fact the cross sectional area? I do not have a clear concept of the cross sectional area and sometimes, I find it difficult to understand what it actually is. Thank you in advance!! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Bw8Q4nxm0rM.html
You really have to check if you're doing the right thing before uploading "tutorials" This will confuse beginners like me. Luckily I saw the Philip Chang's comment
