In the Hurricaneger universe, a preteen/teen named Tenkai succeeded Asuka Kagura as Shurikenger (as in the Hurricaneger universe, he's still dead). However in the Super Sentai Universe, Asuka Kagura is still alive as Shurikenger (as seen in crossovers such as the VS movies, Gokaiger & Ninninger)

@@bagusandhika4560 Its not that Disney said no, it was that Ninja Storm was the first season being made in New Zealand and Disney only agreed to keep the series going because it was cheaper to make there. Flying the Wild Force cast out there would not have been cheap. Disney only ever brought Jason David Frank and Johnny Young Beash from the Saban era to New Zealand and both weren't during Ninja Storm. Honestly the only way Disney would have agreed would have been if it was animated. Buy the Boom comics or Hasbro can try something.
