Utiliser une clé de 5 d'un côté et une 30 de l'autre est une hérésie. En revanche utiliser une clé dynamometrique pour ne pas dépasser la résistance des vis et des plaquettes (17 mN) est très efficace. La mesure du diamètre interne du sertissage est totalement illusoire. Il est plus facile et precis de mesurer le diamètre externe da l'axe après sertissage ( 5.5 a 5.7mm).
Using a 30 mm spanner on one side and a 5mm Allen on the other side makes tightening very untypical. Using a torque wrench to avoid going past the max resistance of screws and plates is making more sense (17mN). Measuring the inner diameter of the riveted axis is useless as it is mostly conical. Instead the outer diameter is easy and accurately measured (should be 5.5 to 5.7mm)..
Hello. L'outil ne fait gonfle le diamètre des axes que de 0.11 mm. Cone bien en bute au bout de laxe . Cest Normal ? Maillon de 525 . Chaîne sur ktm adventure 1190
Je suis l’es main dans la graisse et pareille je sert l’outil comme un fou et je n’ai que peux d’écartement du rivet … je tombe à 3mm50 alors que le fond de l’outil fais 4mm. Je vois que ton comme à 10 mois depuis tu n’as pas pris le serpent métallique dans les jambes ? 😅
@@LeCardinALL24 Non , ca tiend bon . Mais je l'ais modifié avec mon petit tour d'usinage chinois qui m'a servi a usiner plus profondément la pointe de l'outil . Et du coup , ca augmente le diamètre de 0.33mm maintenant
putting the Bluetooth to sleep, do they mean the battery goes to sleep not allowing any charge loss until you try to start the bike again to wake it up ?
Since I installed Shido LT12B-BS on my Ducati M796. My ignition problems are all gone. The ignition issue plagued my motorbike for almost a year. Even the service center guys couldn't figure out what the problem was. They changed the factory battery twice. Still, the problem persisted. Finally, they asked me to change the stator and the regulator. I did not change them yet because the moment I installed this awesome battery. All my issues just vanished. Booom!
Just installed a new AFAM chain and sprocket kit on my KTM 1290 T. Very easy and effective tool. I measured the connecting link width a digital gauge and it perfectly matches the width of the other links. Also the riveted pins are exactly the same. You cannot over tighten, just continue until the seat touches the pin. Very well made and cheap as chips.
