I get this game on a sale , and wow, i really like it. The haptic you can feel it in your head also when arrow crosses and when you misses really cool feeling the visuals are strong in psvr2 i try this in guest and i can say this much much better in psvr2 so i recommend this game if you want to exercise and have a fun hope they can add more song and a black environment
I’m 3 mins in the video and I figured everything out so I feel like you probably were overthinking the boxing bit since your used to boxing in real life. Because it looks like there’s a normal punch, then a uppercut, then a side jab or what ever that’s called for that one, then I’m guessing the purple lines you just gotta hold your arm up and catch them 🤷♂️, but then the orange ones are walls and have a arrow pointing outwards and you lean to the opposite side the arrow points. So when the orange ones come on the left with it pointing to the right you lean left and same for opposite side. But I’m only 3 mins in so I may have all this wrong but that’s my take away
Thanks for the input. I realized that one of my early problems was treating the side punches as a "hook." I was curving my swing sideways and inward too much. It's more reliable to hit those side punches with a straight jab motion. And for the purple sticks that you block, it helps to let them hit the back of your forearm. Anyway, all of this is much easier to do now, because the developers updated the game and now the hit detection feels better. I don't miss my hits much anymore.
I appreciate that! I hope to post more reviews and let's plays (although it might be sporadic). It would be cool to know someone might actually see my content. Ha!
Thx for the video, I am planning to buy this, from platinum perspective, how hard would you rate to get 5 S ranks and all songs on A rank for someone who’s decent in rhythm games and platted Beat Saber? Game looks interesting. keep it up :-)
If you platted Beat Saber, I have a feeling you could do the same with Beat the Beats. You're right that "Complete 5 songs with S Rank" and "Complete all arcade songs with at least an A grade" are probably the biggest challenges (the rest you can get by putting in time). Some expert levels on Beat Saber feel insane to me, and I don't think Beat the Beats gets quite that challenging. But you seem to be more skilled than me, so I may be the wrong guy to ask.
The demo (for PSVR2 at least) may not be out yet, but the devs say it's coming. And I'm also happy to report that they've already patched the game and fixed the haptic feedback. There's an appropriate amount of vibration with each punch. Feels good now.
LMAO good stuff man, this kept me highly entertained. I feel like it would be hilarious and mean to come up behind and scare you while you have your VR set on 27:35 Wholesome and tender moment in the harsh reality of the zombie apocalypse.
