Not the best but i do like the design on the back but my favorite 32nd century starships were the new constitution class the janeway class and the Eisenberg class mostly
@@user-kk4xy8cq2l i have another video with all the other DSC ships 32c included but not with this one because the video is previous of this ship release.

That is a bad bad bad design. Just stop it already. @LowellOda (reply not working) Sorry, I forgot that I'm only supposed to come here and comment if I like the design. My bad.
The Discovery era (32nd century) ships with the detached nacelles just looks ridiculous to me. Great modeling work though. The lines were clean. Didn't particularly like the blunt nose, though. Was kind of jarring.
Eh, it's a ship i guess. 🤷♂ Makes you wonder what all those windows are for when Iconians didn't need those and there were also only a handful of them left?
@@martinarg1979 Not really. It's already pretty weird as is. Whole design makes little sense. Especially for a designated drone carrier combat craft which literally is built to function largely without any crew and only requires a tiny command staff for operation. Too much room in the disjointed hull apparently dedicated to unnecessary humanoid habitats, not enough to sufficiently large hangar bays. It's just conceptually questionable.
@@martinarg1979 Why should it? There are only a handful of Iconians left at the time this thing was built. And all their ships are fully automated and staffed by robotic constructs. Their ships have absolutely no need for any organic humanoid crew. Also no use for windows, as they can display any point in space anywhere in real time holographically. Granted, that ship probably represents an older design with a somewhat less sophisticated technology than what Iconians have otherwise in game, but it's still probably tens of thousands of years more advanced than any other major faction in the game. Only explanation for why it has such big crew spaces and windows would be, if this ship was salvaged (probably by the Romulan Republic) after Sphere of influence and then heavily modified to be staffed by a larger organic crew in a more conventional manner.
@@axelhopfinger533 True, that amount of windows are standard in many other races but not exactly Iconians, will be nice an explanation of the ship from STO.
@@martinarg1979 yeah but having the Matsumoto not named Arcadia as a class name doesn't feel right. Especially when the Akira lineage has the Akira, Armatige and Alita. Keep the A names. Plus the Yamato is a bit lonely there.
@@barrybend7189 yeah i understand but i'm showing how the ships looks for those who want to buy it,so the best way is showing it as it is in the game. For another type of content i can make another video.
I'd forgotten how cool the animation is when the D'Kyr launches its shuttle. Heck you even made that Oberth look good for that brief moment. Thanks again for the excellent video.
I don't know... Calling this a "science" vessel sounds like the Soviet Union trying to convince you that their fishing trawler off your coast isn't crewed by KGB agents doing signals intelligence.
