I had acne for over 50 yrs . do not use a soap on your face but a good aha cleanser is very good as it helps to exfoliate and that is the problem of us acne sufferers .. inability to exfoliate so the pore becomes congested. One example of such a cleanser is DERMA E, Anti-Wrinkle Cleanser, Vitamin A & Glycolic Acid, Take care , all the best !
There is no way I am putting neem anything on my face. I tried harris 100% neem oil in my hair and after washing my hair my chin, neck, and behind my ears got cystic acne and goose bumps. After a month of a avoidance of the harris neem oil my neck no longer has the bumps but under my chin and behind my ears hasnt yet disappeared. I have been eating sweet potatoes because vitamin a is supposed to help get rid of acne. Also I am taking a multivitamin with zinc, iron, vitamin a, b, c, d, e k, pantothenic acid, iron, green tea extract, bromelein, all kinds of herbs,.... Still waiting on the Lord. I also am allergic to fenugreek. I didn't use the organic certified but after being allergic to the nonorganic certified I am not trying to test the organic certified one. A lady said that is good for hair so I put that in my hair, bad idea. Everyone is different. I just watched your apple cider vinegar video recently and now I started with apple cider vinegar.

I’m glad that there are people who are not ashamed of their acne. But I’m an exception to this, when I constantly put on makeup and try to cover everything up with tone, my mood drops, it looks terrible on me.😢

Мне помогла гармонотерапия. Конечно шрамы остались и расширенные поры. Но! Больше никаких прыщей. Жирная кожа до сих пор в мои 42 года. Зато ни одной морщины нет на лбу. Прыщи были не только на лице, но и на спине/груди. Только применение гормонов мне помогло. Сдавала кровь на гармоны на разные даты цикла. На основании этого - мне врач прописал таблетки. Шрамы после акне не помешали мне выйти замуж и родить двух детей. Все в голове. А вы очень красивая девушка))) сейчас моей дочери 16 и у нее, как и у меня такая же проблема - акне....и не только на лице. Но я знаю как с этим бороться. И каждый день говорю дочери, что она очень красивая ❤ и это так. У нее волосы ниже колен. На улице на нее реагируют, как на знаменитость.)
Мои маленькие советы по уходу за проблемной кожей , всё индивидуально , но это помогло мне : 1 . двух этапное очищение и очищение кожи с помощью косметических масел ( есть большой список тех что не сделает комедоны ) 2 хорошо увлажнять кожу и подготавливать к самому макияжу с помощью уходовой косметики 3 я забыла как правильно название , но есть цветные консилеры зелёных , оранжевых и сиреневый оттенков они и вправду помогают скрыть красноту кожи 4 никогда не давить прыщи , лучше приобрести средства от прыщей для точечного нанесения , такие средства сушат прыщ и он отходит плёнкой , мне помогает цинковая мазь . Я очень люблю наносить макияж так как для меня это творческий процесс и расслабляющая терапия , но имею проблемную кожу и часто сталкиваюсь с тем , что мне указывают на моё лицо и некоторые люди шутили , что я комплексую по поводу несовершенной кожей и поэтому пользуюсь косметикой , чтобы скрыть все высыпания и шелушения . Поэтому понимаю тех кто сталкивается с дискомфортом и проблемами самооценки из-за высыпаний 💋
Жееесть, я несколько лет борюсь с акне, но никто ничего плохого не сказал мне по этому поводу, от окружающих были лишь поддержка и попытки решить проблему. Вы молодец, что продолжаете заботиться о себе и не опускаете руки, и спасибо за советы!

I use to never have acne, back in high school if literally get like 3 pimples a year. For the past 4 months I’ve been getting like 15 pimples each month on my face. I’m in my mid 30’s and completely clueless what’s going on. I’m going to try the vinegar
