About my first allergic asthma crisis ,from my 4'th ...sunday was sacred in my familly : get up early ,direction the woods ,and running ,playing medecine ball with friends ...afternoon it was a trip and walk in countryside ,if the weather not too bad ,and villages discovery...but every sunday evening ,especially in herbst or winter ,we visited my father's best friend who owned a petrol pump ...very very regardfull ,warming friendship ...we took there a tea time collation...but every return to our concrete tower flat...my throat was fulllike of spider's net ,my eyes red and demangeaison ...noone cared at the time...i get after that angine or illness. Long after i was suffocating with Quinke'oedemus ,trying to beath like a fish on the shore...a big trauma...near to death....a cat had slept on the sofa before me ,and marked his territory with it's metabolic poison... In spite serial treatement , i can always recognize ,even a cat'owner in a pub nearby...i used to practice rowing ,it was nice ,walks in mountain ,choirs singing...all this is so expensive today that my health pericliting

You don't prescribe Tramadol with warnings & how to use it !? Then 👎👎👎 Tramadol interacts like all opiates with many meds & botanicals herbs , Ginseng .....Metromethorphan in cough syrup. ....120+ substances & best to use it is on empty stomach 2 weeks apart from SSRIs SSNRIs or serotonin syndrome happen. Antiserotonergic meds are a good antidote for interactions of Tramadol & overdose seldom happen, taking slowly mostly people fall asleep free of pain, good sleep relief Tramadol is much better than Efexor because it saturates opiate receptors. Efexor is a poison made out of Tramadol & sold under Tramadol name. Entire USA Canada Tramadol doesn't exists, only poison Venloflaxine. Efexor is a poison, I can't take it. Tramadol ( not north American ) was good for pain, to tolerate not to remove. & pharmaceutical mafia chemically transformed Tramadol into Venloflaxine by manipulation of carbon atom chain of Tramadol & arrived at Efexor garbage. People felt too good using Tramadol & it is illegal by pharmaceutical definition, so paharma bandits created Efexor garbage.

I’m a nurse practitioner student studying towards neuro…but i did work in the ED for a long time and I was a paramedic for thirty years…I always reminded students…our job is to keep them alive long enough to let the docs fix em…I remember being a terrified sixteen year old EMT…and wondering what’s wrong so I could follow the right protocol…nope…A…B…C…D…worry about the particulars after the patient is good enough that you and they are going to make it…it’s about the patient’s needs first…I really think this is a great presentation… :). Thanks doc… :). This approach applies in all medical disciplines…neuro too…they must be alive for a detailed history to take place…top down… :)

I'm 67 and have taken 50 mg of Tramadol/day and have almost never exceeded that dosage. I have a pinched never in my neck, and it helps me with that. It does not affect me sexually as I still have an active sex life. It does help me sleep better without restless legs, which I used to get from time to time. It is a hard med to quit, though, and anyone trying to do so should get down as low a dose as they can before getting off completely.

After 40 yrs in Emergency Medicine, what we have accomplished, is this bogus advances in medicine, which remove the dignity in death of patients in the name of advances in medicine. Its upto the academic institution to monitor such endeavors.

I’ve been on tramadol for a congenital disease, (resulting in tumors pressing on my jaw bone) I’ve been on the med since just prior to 2000 - so just about 25 years. I’ve taken 1-2 50mg tabs every day for the majority of my adult life and it has allowed me a quality of life that Tylenol and Advil just can’t do alone. The effects are not euphoric at all. Maybe you should take one you will see it really doesn’t do much unless you have a chronic issue. Similar to Heroin??? This is absolutely insane and incorrect information. You are putting out false info as if you’re the ultimate authority. This video is WRONG

And to top it all off I just had Major shoulder surgery too. Chronic pain and Sciatica. Tramadol has helped me tremendously. I have liver disease so I can not take Tylenol at all.

interesting video with some good information. the simplistic claims that 'LDL is bad cholesterol, HDL is good cholesterol' is very low-quality and overly simplistic and needs to be revisited. even laypersons like myself know this is nonsense. also, acknowledging so-called 'transgender' treatment is acceptance of nonsensical denial of human sexual dimorphism and a tacit endorsement of unethical medical interventions that violate the hippocratic oath. thanks for the video.

In 52 years of my life, I have been misdiagnosed 15 times with major illnesses despite me telling the doctor I thought that was what was going on! Im not a dr, but I know my body! Including a dr telling me my shoulder pain for one year, unable to even brush my teeth with that arm, was because my bra was too tight, I would cry every night, turns out I was walking around with a complete labrum tare, not my bra!

This drug class has been vilified in the pathetic attempt of the medical field to take whatever focus off the insane opiate overprescribing greatly responsible for the current opioid epidemic and the tens of thousands of easily preventable deaths that result yearly. But our medical professionals didnt stop there on their apparent quest to break the hippocratic oath and cause shameful degrees and amounts of pain, suffering, and degradation of our society as a whole by now intentionally failing to provide the strong narcotic analgesics they previously handed out for minor injuries to even the terminally ill for end of life care...and stopped prescribing to chronic pain patients after long term opiate therapy, with verifiable disease diagnosis... Yes...gabapentin focus on gabapentin while they continue to write anyone 2mg alprazolam 3x daily rxs for the general anxiety that is simply part of life....or used to be...

I don't know who told you steroids are "stacked" in order to avoid building a tolerance to the substance, but that's just wrong. Some steroids like boldenone are anti-estrogenic, so you would stack that with a compound like testosterone that can aromatize into estrogen to reduce aromitazation. That's just one example of why someone would stack, there are many others none of which have anything to do with fear of building up a tolerance.

I have chronic pain and my doctor will only prescribe Tramadol to manage. He will not prescribe a short acting opioid. (Im assuming because of my age. Im 29) It the nastiest medication I've ever taken. When I told him the Tramadol made me "feel gross" and BARELY took the edge off of my pain, HE ADDED NORTRIPTYLINE! Hahahaha I couldn't believe it. I pray he wasn't aware of serotonin syndrome but I was.

I take 3000mg a day as a mood stabilizer for by bipolar disorder it helps to help keep a calm and reduce by episodes of mania .but I feel without my manic episodes iam not as productive. But my mania lands me in jail often due to assaulting people when i get into dispute so i take my gabapentin daily along with an antipsychotic and antidepressant. But thinking of going off meds and smoking weed to self medicate because it's legal now in Virginia. But weed sometimes leads me to drink alcohol which gets me in trouble to so idk, wish there was something else to treat my condition.
