over here the V is the lowest speed rating you can get, but comes in the XL variant. The XL variants have more solid side walls so are stiffer tyres and that can be a problem for road noise and comfort. The W and Y ratings are the only other tyres, but they are 91 load rated and so have softer walls that take bumps easier.
exactly that confirms your suspicion the bigger maf housing just decreased air velocity with the same amount of air volume so it give a lower reading, there is a restriction somewhere else
I don't know about forest roads. I **think** the "heavy duty" tyre would protect the wheel more over potholes (if you have low profile tyres) but I'm guessing.
CrossClimate2 is my choice and still using them 365 days per year. Had them since December 2022 as gone through 2 U.S. Northeast winters as where I live gets an annual average of 126 inches of snowfall. Still have plenty of tread and expect to last another 4 whole years. I don't have to swap between Summer/ All-Season to Winter/Snow tires as CC2's are All-Weather and all year round tires. However, you do lose 2 to 4 MPG on fuel efficiency sometimes worse MPG depending on terrain, how you drive - aka driver bad habits, and maintaining proper PSI - inflation. Expect to get more life as the CC2 should get you between 60,000 to 80,000 miles before replacing. A couple of RU-vidr Video folks have claimed 100k miles on CrossClimate2s. They are relatively quiet, except in snow, handle weather conditions well, and good on the road. Comfort depends on wheel size ... I have 235/40R19 96V [2023 Toyota Camry XSE V6] and on good surfaced roads they are comfortable, get on choppy and terrible roads I tend to feel all the roads imperfections. Overall, CC2 is a great tire. The OE tires were BridgeStone Turanza EL440's which are 1,000 percent dangerous and unsafe tires as I had them shredded. The Best Top 3 Brand Name tire companies are Michelin, Continental, Pirelli, and worth an honorable mention is Good Year. Stay far away from any Asian/Korean/Japan made tires and that include Mexico. Mine are 96V aka V Rated. The Michelin CrossClimate2 235/40R19 96V cost about $265 USD each. Load Rating 96 1565 lbs (710 kg) per tire Speed Rating V 149 mph (240 kph) Sidewall BSW Load Capacity 1565 pounds (lbs) Mileage Warranty 60,000 UTQG 640 B A Treadwear: 640 Traction: B Temperature: A
You sell them cuz youre fine with making money off scam products. You cant load a map by plugging a "chip" and doing nothing else. "You just need to imcrease boost pressure" car ecus will fuel cut from extra boost. They cant legally nust fuel that way. Youve gotta actually crack the ecu and reprogram
These are the best tires all around I ever had on my car. Thats all I have to say about these if you think they dont handle very well or give you a harsh ride thats on your car not the tire 😅 Some cars have a suboptimal suspension from the factory and they are very likely to not ride well with certain tires. On the other hand you HAVE to match the speed rating and load rating to your vehicle. Otherwise they will nor pair well. Im not putting an 94V XL tire on my car that has a rated top speed for 205kph and and is nowhere near heavy enough for a 94 XL tire. So I got 91H non XL tires and they ride amazing.
I've been doing a ton of research on Racechip, and they have their own Dyno. They also test on the dyno with regular unleaded fuel in the applications where the vehicle takes it, so the figures they give are the minimum figures they offer, and i've seen a lot of independent Dyno testing on Racechips and with Euro vehicles, they are known for getting an avergae 30% hp and tq gain, which is crazy for a piggyback tuner. One thing i would add is the review seems a little slanted. Your review is more on the websites vs the ACTUAL products themselves. Maybe next time, focus on the products and review videos that feature the products at least if not buy and test them yourself
looking for shocks for my taurus SHO, seems like my only option are the Motorcraft or these KYB Exel-G! would u take these over the OEM Motorcraft? or do u see any other shocks n struts?
@@DriveTuneMedia It's because you left it mounted with the recirculation system. If left open to the atmosphere it will make the whistle. How much did this bov model you are using cost?
Snow performance is different level to summer tyres. They are "good" in other conditions. If you're not bothered about snow I'd lean towards PS5 or maybe Continental Premium Contact 7.
Hello. My car gives P2423 code. I have a problem with the cat. I would like to investigate with details about this on my car. Does your device show info about this such as chemical levels in the exhaust gases, oxygen sensors’ data/readings such as their voltage, charts, etc? TY

I look after the cars of my friends and family, Ferodo brakes are my 'go to' option and i don't fit any other brand. This week I removed Brembo cross drilled and vented discs and Brembo pads from my own car as they were due and I replaced with Ferodo. The Brembo's did perform well but i agree with other comments that you had to get a bit of heat in them then press the pedal a bit harder to get the 'bite'. The Ferodo brakes give more confidence from the moment you press the pedal. Also the coating on them keeps corrosion to a minimum so the look good for a long time when seen through your wheels. I'd really recommend you give Ferodo brakes a try, you won't be disappointed.
Who is this donkey? Speed rating is maximum approved rotational speed. Hence "speed". Load rating is how much weight it's approved to carry at that max speed. Comfort is just a combination of air pressure, rubber compounds and thickness of the rubber. Wtf.
That Ford Focus is one wheel drive and with very archaic version of traction control by brake. No LSD in the front, and with all-season CC2 tires, it will be a problem climbing and moving uphill in those conditions.
Toyota starlet, h&r - koni yellow combo. Terrible ride over potholes, perfect cornering. Konis adjusted at 1 turn from soft (2 1/4 is full stiff). Can i do something for better ride quality?
