2100 a month means you gotta make 6300 a month to afford this. 2hoch ia roughly 39 bucks an hour at 40hrs a week. Realistically this is unaffordable to a majority of folks

I do hvae one question. After finishing your courses and passing the lessons. do you have to immediately take the final exam or do you have some time to study before taking it?
Can she drive? Is her support system ect there in case of an emergency? Also all suburbs are not welcoming or safe for a single mother. If she moves to a place she has to keep a car that’s more bills and less savings.
That’s not true when you go out of the city you have to keep in mind about transportation, maybe the lady need access to buses or trains close by also, stores are convenient in the city

Congrats.. thank you for the information. I’m moving to Houston in 6 months and getting my license is my #1 goal after purchasing. Now I can plan accordingly. You should be my realtor teacher lol.
