Congratulations, Hunter, great streak of wins! You could show some sword skills with your new katana next time and decapitate some pumpkins and water bottles ;).
@@dojofitkid 😪 You deserved a better trophy! Maybe they thought that BJJ fighters never use swords anyway, so they don't even notice...🤔. You deserved a better trophy! Maybe they thought that BJJ fighters never use swords anyway, so they don't even not
Hello friend, how are you? According to your Instagram you are going from victory to victory, congratulations! I would be happy to see a longer video (BJJ or TKD) from you again!
Thank you! I've had some challenging but good runs. I'm currently working on the next video and even have the next one planned too.. but time lately has been a challenge. Hopefully soon. And hope you've been doing good too!
It's great that you're back - and with two fine tutorials right away! I also have to do more for my fitness again, that's a good start. Good luck for your next tournaments and projects!
Hello Master Hunter! I hope everything is ok in your life. and you enjoy the summer! Can we look forward to new BJJ or Taekwondo videos soon? And congratulations on your 150 subscribers!
Hey Thomas! All is good here thanks.. just been a little busy with the end of my school year and was also prepping for a couple competitions. Next one is on Saturday in an even higher weight class! I'll probably do a "highlight" reel at the end of summer, but I will definitely have more time this month to put together a video on something else.. just not sure on what yet though lol. Hope all has been well with you!
@@dojofitkid Those are good prospects! Thanks, my summer is hot but bearable, I've just spent a week by the sea. Super good luck for your tournaments, you will crush them!
Congratulations on the medal and the new belt - I'm glad your hard work paid off! What's your next goal? Ontario Open or Next Gen BJJ? You see, since you've been so successful, I've had a look at the list of Canadian tournaments. Good luck for your next projects!
Congratulations, what a furious start to the new tournament season. I congratulate you on the medal and that you kept your head up. Why is there a gi and no-gi division in these tournaments, and does everyone compete in both? But I hope you make the "really cool taekwondo video" too! After the tournament you will feel relaxed! Good luck and success for your next goals!
Thank you as always! Yeah it was a pretty intense start lol. From what I've seen, most tournaments are only Gi, some are No-Gi, and only a few are both. Same with schools. My school teaches both. And I'm guessing that yellow belt's school only teaches Gi (thankfully), or I probably would have had to fight him again!
You have a great sporting record for this year! Good luck and a blessed new year to you and your family, and keep showing your training and achievements on your channel!
Thank you and Merry Christmas to you too! Martial Arts medals are usually pretty big, but the Godai one is now the biggest and heaviest one I have. Definitely going back next year lol
Fine tutorial! And it´s good you took a living partner. I mean, your BJJ dummy did his best ;), but together you two can show and explain much better. Keep up the good work and have a blessed christmas time!
Congratulations are in order! Once to the gray belt, and you started in the higher division for the first time and brought home a medal right away. Sure it was a tough start, but the others deserved their belts too, so you had worthy opponents. Good luck for the next tournaments!
fantastic work! Congratulations, you are walking the golden road! Do you have more tournaments to come this year, or are you returning to Taekwon-Do now? Good luck for your next goals!
Thank you! I have one on September 11th which will be my first official tournament in the next higher belt division, and then Provincials at the end of the year. I actually haven't been back to taekwondo in a long time, and not sure when I will... but I would really like to go back someday. I really only do martial arts when when I'm with my Dad and that time is split between jiu-jitsu, Muay Thai, and boxing so there's not much extra time for taekwondo... yet. But I am going to try a taekwondo kick video next so we will see how that turns out lol. Thanks as always for supporting my channel :) I hope you had a great summer.
Well, bronze means that only two people were better or had a better day than you! There's nothing wrong with that, congratulations! All the best to you and good luck for the next tournament!
Another great tutorial, thank you! Can you do another one about the jumping/flying kicks too? Gladly again with slow motion, that would be great. Good luck in everything you do!
Thank you as always! I'm happy to hear you're enjoying them. Great idea with the flying kicks.. I will definitely give that a try. I'll need a little time with that one though.. I have a few tournaments I'm going to be getting ready for.
Nice warmup! Will you do more yoga techniques? I liked your last one! And you could do a video about meditation - I heard that´s important in the martial arts too. Have a great Easter Holiday!
Thank you! Not sure yet about the yoga or meditation.. I agree both are excellent things to know. I'm just so inexperienced in both of them (as I learned when I recently tried yoga!), that I'm not sure how it will turn out lol but maybe. I'm going to try and get a taekwondo one out next before my tournament season for jiu-jitsu begins, so if I did look into either yoga or meditation.. it wouldn't be till much later this year. Thank you for your comment and have a great Easter holiday too!
