Had this model of pizza oven for 18 months now. No matter what fuel or technique I use I can't get the oven above 250 degrees Celsius. Any suggestions?
No offence but the meat didn’t look cooked all the way through, like one half of the pizza the dough was very pale. can you use it as a charcoal grill?
Is the fire box area the back? What you mentioned about wind blowing through, could a strong wind blow possibly blow through the fire box and blow out the pizza door into someone when opened?
