I love casual and farming games. I spend so much time on them that I just want to share my love of them and maybe share some tips and tricks that I've learned. Although, by no means am I an expert but maybe we can learn more about the games and have some fun along the way!

Oh poor Unsuur! He was my builder’s first boyfriend too then I broke up with him for Qi who I then broke up with for Arvio. Sandrock is gonna be full of my builder’s exes by the end of my playthrough 😂 by the way, you can buy the ‘Home Editing kit’ from construction junction shop so you can edit your home from anywhere. No need to go to Construction Junction every time.
@@BerryCasualGamingmost probably so 😂 imagine if you go to the Blue Moon and see all your exes just drinking their sadness away from you breaking their hearts. Haha! And yes! Home editing kit allows you to edit your yard and the interior of your home from anywhere. Honestly worth the price.

Oh yeah, and also on ravin about the game... This feels exactly like if Recettear were to be reenvisioned from the ground up as a restaurant sim game. Tho im not sure if theyll be as many ptd jabs at capitalism heh Oh, Recettear is possibly my fave game honestly
Oh also on things that wudve sold me instantly... They ***hugely*** bury the lead on this game in its description (on Switch); its literally not until the absolute last sentence that they drop the bomb that this game world is inspired by the writings of Sir Terry Pratchett That alone wudve sold me on this game too! Everythin i hear about this game just makes it sound better and better Also, glad to have this info on what to keep in mind; im a chronic restarter with farmin sim games, and cud see this restaurant sim game goin the same way

Hi, question for anyone: I extracted the goods from my wooden frames, but now I have uncapped wooden frames. Doesnt seem like I can reuse them? Are these useful? Trash? I can't find anything online about it. Thanks.

@@BerryCasualGaming Madam, if you have new incense formulas, please tell me. You can start with the first frame and move forward clockwise. They sell formulas for solitary bees although they do not last long. I subscribe to your channel.
@@margaritachedebeau6472 There's not many incense formulas so the recipes are just: 1. all flowers/flower seeds 2. all nature (logs, stone, acorns, etc) 3. all bee products 4. all crafted stuff 5. all hallowed stuff 6. 50/50 flowers and nature 7. 50/50 bees and nature 8. 50/50 bees and flowers 9. 50/50 crafted stuff and hallowed stuff 10. 2 of each type 11. using at least 1 random jelly You can read more about it in the wiki: wiki.apico.buzz/wiki/Incense
Got a copy with HB, seems kinda relaxed and cool game. By the way i also feel afraid as Harvest moon and Stardew valley (i stopped both early) cause they seem so complicated. I hope to find the courage to play, with clock and time that passes i feel the pressure to learn and do stuff, lol. HB for 9€ got pretty solid games like: Apico, One Step From Eden, Mutazione, Endling - Extinction is Forever, and other games i don't have activated still. Thanks for the tips, i will try even if it seems kinda complicated, maybe in coop would be easier.
Nice. I also got Apico from HB but through a different bundle. Yeah the clock can be a bit pressuring. There’s a mod on Stardew Valley that slow down or even stop time if that helps. But yeah, for a lot of these games, you can definitely take your time! Hope you enjoy the game 😊🍓
There is one missing…I randomly saw a chest on top of a smaller building at the entrance of the wastelands (left side, next to the round building) 😅 I was hoping for a way to get up there.

If you can kick it, don't cut it. :) 54:18 - It is worth having a full meal/menu and not just buy the special of the day. A full menu give you ca. 200 stamina and you can eat at Owen's twice per day. Differnt type of meals give you differt type of buffs. 1:14:33 - Imo the daggers are the best.
I learned that I’m so bad at catching them so I ended up investing in the skill point to auto catch them! I’ve been trying to befriend the cute buddies so I’ll start giving them to Nemo! 🦂
Use basic beehives for cloning! No royal jelly required! If you read Grandpa's Guide Beekeeping 101 it says all bee's produced in natural beehives are direct clones of the queen. I'm not far enough along to know about the royal jelly, and what not, but this sounds like a cheaper method?
It's a little different and yes, doing that with natural beehives work but the difference is: If you have a Queen that you want, you can put them into a beehive and all the offspring is genetically similar to the Queen. If you have one bee with traits that you want, you can turn them into a Queen using Royal Jelly. Since there's only one parent, all the bees are clones. If that makes sense? As for the cost, you get royal jelly from a type of bee and it sells for 2 rubees each. Edit: I guess - you need 2 bees to get a Queen or 1 bee and a royal jelly. If you use 2 bees method, you wouldn't be sure if you want that Queen. If you use royal jelly, the Queen as the same exact genes as the 1 bee.
Happy to see you again and from reading another comment, I'd like to see a let's play series too as long as you don't push yourself too hard. I'm wondering if you'd also play the DnD inspired video games? And I don't just mean Baldur's Gate 3, the Pathfinder and Pillars of Eternity games are good too. Not exactly cozy games, but being turn based they're at least in some sense casual games. Not sure if I've asked that before, hope you enjoyed your holidays ❤
I've played BG3 on my own and basically almost done (without any spoilers, I got to Baldur's Gate), and a bit of Kingmaker. I like playing them in bed on the Steam Deck and I'm not motivated enough to record on the Steam Deck lol. I like the combat and stuff, but yeah not particularly cozy. And I also end up only playing druids. I don't know how they'd fit in my channel 🤔 Hope you got a good holiday too!
I've only had BG3 for about 2 weeks now, still in Act 1 cause I keep making characters and trying to decide what classes I enjoy. And dark urge has me more interested than a normal playthrough, but as recommended I'm trying to beat it normally first. I found everyone but Karlach and Minthara, oh and Halsin. Not sure if there's anyone else in Act 1 that I'm missing and I only know those names cause I either have or met the characters that know them. My first character is a female Drow bard, haven't picked a romance yet, though I'm closest to Gale cause I'm being a good character in my dialogue options. Lae'zel is neutral with me cause I haven't gotten more than 1 approval or disapproval in a row yet from her 😂, same with Shadowheart. Their likes and dislikes confuse me a lot, Astarion I think kinda hates me because I'm being good, but he liked a few good things so idk. I don't think there's a way to keep track of that stuff like in the Dragon Age games where there's a bar in the character screen for it. The holidays were ok, unfortunately had a little family drama, still got some nice things though
Pillars of Eternity 1 and 2 have druid, though only the second game has multiclassing and only with 1 other class. Chanter in those games is basically bard. The race called godlike are interesting cause they can't wear helmets and they come in different elements, being a earth, fire, etc druid might be interesting for you
There is a bar on the character screen to check how much they like or dislike you. On PC it's a bar. On the Steam Deck, it's words. But I don't know how to get to it on PC :(

I'd probably check it out on full release, so not yet. At the moment, I'm super addicted to My Time at Sandrock so I'm probably going to upload Sandrock lets plays and tips and tricks once I get some free time from work to do a bunch of editing and thumbnails.
It looks fully released on the Switch, it's got cozy aspects like fishing and growing crops. Even house building and decorating, but it's an MMO from a trailer I looked at. So could be a way to meet other cozy gamers? Idk
@@BerryCasualGaming it's technically still beta, but nintendo doesn't allow beta games in their store so it's "beta" on PC and not on switch even thoug it's the same game. Would recommend PC for the better quality experience imho. Can be buggy still but overall still really relaxing to play. Their discord also has lots of helpful people to help you avoid/recover from some known bugs :) p.s. thanks for this video! I've been enjoying APICO but have been struggling to get into a decent workflow, so these tips were helpful!
Thanks! I'm not too sure how much the game is but it's often in bundles on Humble and on Fanatical - which is why I have it. I think it was part of a cozy farming game bundle from Humble.
Two tips from me : trees regrow so no need going a long way to get wood, just wait some days and they will be back. Second tip is getting a prosperity prayer. Once you unlock all that it takes to make a prayer You get a Blessing of commerce , a scroll that will give you better tier progression with merchants and you dont have to buy anything. Just remember not to spam all on one, it unlocks a bit daily, read their progression tier bar before giving more and just wait a day and repeat.

Looks like mostly a kid's game, at least if I had kids I'd let them play this. Definitely not my cup of tea, unless I find a gamer gf and she wants me to try it out at least. I'm not trying to flirt, just saying as a hypothetical situation 😂. Hope you're doing well, I was trying out The First Descendant, it's a free to play co-op 3rd person shooter. It's in beta right now, story is meh, oh it's cross platform too. I think I'm full up with cute and cozy games with Stardew Valley, Animal Crossing, and My Time at Portia. Though I do want Sandrock to complete the series at least
