How can you dance with warm opaque tights during these summer days without to be completly wet and to feel uncomfortable? Never a fainting because of the heat ? I recently started the Irish Dance me too but I really don't known if I'll be able to wear opaque tights during the summer days...This is inevitable? How do you do? You are really brave.
These dancers are very focused and have incredible stamina. They don't think about the heat, only about being energetic and precise in their performance. Before you get too nervous about sweating in opaque tights, ask your school about their costumes and interview some of your fellow dancers as to what they do to overcome costume-related discomfort. Also, no matter what the time of year, hydrate! Drink water when you perform at this level of intensity in warmer weather. It helps prevent fainting.
