This is great guide with loads potential, very good and to the point :) although something obvious that should be mentioned is to use excavator power armor as it yields 4x more and just as final touch what it smells into :) good luck on your future videos, definitely underrated youtuber right here! Sub!
Thank you! The only reason I didn't bother to mention or use the Excavator Power Armor is because I was going to do a separate walk-through on how to obtain it and the benefits of using the armor but it kind of fell to the way side.
I really appreciate this point of view of the game. WoW has such great atmosphere in so many zones. Most players are busy leveling so fast they miss how immersive it can be.
Sometimes people don't even realize they are immersed, as the level design, music, and game play can almost become subliminal when combined. Which of course attributes to more focused and enjoyable content.
Hang in there, the population will slowly start to climb back up. They are releasing a combat based update soon which should bring more players back, and it wouldn't hurt if they reduced either the XP requirements to level up professions or reduced the components required to craft items.
I don’t love being called lovely all the time, more of a friend or a traveler or an adventurer or a gamer, farmer or crafter. If I get called lovely one more time, I’m out. Currently 90 seconds in.
I recently moved a plot from Pladenn in Kerys to Lavedan in Ancient - talk about a run. I have also been moving stuff from Aras in Inis Gallia to Pladenn. Takes about 45 mins from Aras to Pladenn and about an hour or so from Pladenn to Lavedan. I am looking forward to a big update with horses and/or teleportation. **HINT, HINT, devs**
Tell me about it, it's utter misery moving several plots of resources over long distances, though it sounds like you had a much longer run. I actually relocated again, but this time it was just about 50 meters up the side of a mountain, still sucked. Horses would be great, I would take an expanded inventory at this point. Hell, even a wheelbarrow.
I love this game... I hope they make moves to fix the exact things you've discussed here. Outside of my two clan mates i never see anyone out and about in my area... just abandoned plots.
It's a sad state really, I think they may have had to leave some things out when they launched early access, which in my opinion, has attributed to the mass exodus of players. However, most players rushed during launch week and in doing so, burned themselves out because they didn't stop to explore anything else beyond crafting and building the largest plot. Now new players log on and find little more than massive, empty clan plots, abandoned plots, and rarely run into other players. I don't believe the game is dead by any stretch of the imagination, but the developers really do need to push something out soon that will address current issues while adding to the value of the game.
It will pick up as they release updates, everyone burned themselves out trying to max out all their professions early, on top of clans grinding resources to finish their massive castles and what not. There are many things in the works, just ignore nay-Sayers and play on. Enjoy the game and don't rush.
Server numbers on the WaR web site are pretty accurate, it's usually low on the weekdays. Warhammer is a weekend warrior type of game, that is when you can find the most action on all tiers in open world PvP, scenarios, and dungeons.
@ImpaktInevitable OK cool thank you. I see 483 online now but it is 730am for me oceanic time. I jumped on last night (approx 12hrs ago) doing some t1 RvR in the nord area. Was enough people and I had a great time. I just need to work out gear I'm rank 8.
Gear can be a pain because you level up fast, sometimes to fast, and by the time you actually hit the renown rank you need, you are a few levels higher than the gear requirements. But as an alternative, you can earn PvE gear and PvE tokens from public quests which you can use to buy PvE tier sets, which work just fine in PvP. You can get gear in dungeons as well. To unlock the next tier or complete a current tier gear set, you can have a mix of PvE and PvP gear, any pieces will complete the current tier so you can unlock and start collecting the next tier's gear set. Just wanted to throw that out there I am not sure how much experience you have with the game. Also, some of the war camps that act as quest hubs will have green quality renown gear that require a lower level of renown from the legendary set gear. They are not gear sets, but are suitable fillers.
@ImpaktInevitable Thank you very much. I still don't understand it all. I played the original launch of the game and have just started RoR. I was leveling in the Nord area until lvl 5. Now I am leveling in RVR areas trying to build up my tokens and renown. I do not know where the war camps are with the green renown gear. Are those thr 4 vendors next to each other? I am currently trying to obtain the 3 piece set with war tokens, as well as the renown pieces from the 3 areas. Up until level 16 where I was advised to go do a dungeons, SC? For the set there. Or something like that. Any help would be great.
Yes but it's just a game, existing in a world that is not real. If it were to lean towards trying to alter the religion of the real world within it's boundaries then I wouldn't be playing it. After all, there are many games with made up lore and so called gods that exist in their own little world whom do not impose on the real world. I see no harm with visiting the imagination of someone else's creativity, as long as it stays it's place.
Yes this is Ancien, above Tolosa between the three corners of the Large Quarry, Broken Gate, and Large Ruins. I believe the area is called Armanhae. There are lots of bears to farm for T2 resources and just as many corrupt boar, which are useless as far as I can tell for T2 resources. This area has a vast draw distance that allows you to see for quite a distance, looks amazing during sun down/sun rise.
@@ImpaktInevitable Thought so. I go there for pure iron. Yeah, pretty sure the loud howling is coming from the level 5 dungeon that is in the area. I just wish the corrupt boars dropped something good. They used to drop the mottled larvae.
bears aren't that bad. if you know where they are you can cut down a bigger tree, agro the bear and then climb up the fallen tree. If you are up high the bear can't hit you. Bears drop large hides and also the tier two large hides.
I made the mistake of trying that while standing on a large rock formation, turns out bears can climb rocks really fast. I'll have to try the tree approach.
@@ImpaktInevitable Mineral deposits work too. The thing is if you can walk up the rock formation, animals can too. If you can only get on top of it by climbing then you should be safe. Cutting down large trees and standing on the fallen tree work. Standing on top of impure iron or tin deposits work. I take out gray and brown bears on tin deposits.
I'm not sure whats wrong, I haven't edited anything. A lot of smaller channels like mine also have issues with "likes" not showing up, subs getting randomly dropped, and notifications not working.
Thanks for the video man! For some reason only a couple of those military bags spawned for me idk why. Do you know how often it takes for them to spawn back in?
Someone may have been in there, just do a server hop and go back in. To do a server hop, just log out to the log in screen then log back in and you will be on a different server. As far as re-spawn times go, after looting a bag of cement for example, before you can loot that same bag again within a short period of time you would need to loot 300 of any item that is not a cement resource and scrap it out. To reset spawns in a short period of time I simply go to White Spring and loot everything in sight.
Just give it a few more seconds for the rest of the rocks to fall down after you push the button to start the event, something is wrong with the collision so there is a delay before you can actually enter.
Nice vid, Subbed! I’ve never actually fully explored that mine. Early game I would only visit to farm for Gatling gun to unlock attachments. (Side note for anyone who comes across this video and enjoys the Gatling gun, if you open the level 3 locked door there’s a guaranteed enemy with a Gatling gun)
If you know how to do that then you are not a new player fresh to the wasteland and must have some levels between you and the starting vault. These videos are made for new players fresh to the world of 76 who are not familiar with the location of resources like you or myself are. It is much more practical to show them locations for lead scrap than it is to explain how to drop camp at a lead node to collect it, let alone the spawn points for such a resource. It's just quicker to scrap junk for lead, and safer at lower levels. Dropping camp at a node would be ideal once you know what your doing at higher levels and have a sizeable amount of lead scrap built up, in order to maintain the resource, but not for those just getting started.
I just hit 50 today and these events are insane. I quickly figured out that all the high levels just slaughter everything so I've taken to just trying to hit as many targets as possible before the inevitable rain of death comes in. At least that way I still get some credit lolol Edit: Wait, taking too much damage at once just kills you?! That's why sometimes I just instantly go to respawn, thank you. I didn't know that was a mechanic.
Just damage as many enemies as you can and you will still get XP even if someone else kills your target. Radiation Rumble is a great event for XP but quite dangerous if you are low level as you can get overwhelmed quickly by all the ghouls.
@@ImpaktInevitable I'm prolly gonna respec from shotguns to rifles since the fire rate is much better and the range is longer. Right now I gotta get somewhat close (even with Skeetshooter maxed) before I can actually 'touch' them to get credit.
@@J2982ableOr if your kinda low for the event, just keep a rifle handy to do damage from a distance so you don't have to respec. Believe me, 99.9% of veteran players tearing through an event are not going to care if a lower level is trying to get some XP so they can level up. Your damage will be total poop since your not built for rifles, but all you need to do is damage the NPC before another player blows it off the map. Just make an automatic pipe rifle and try it out, .38 ammo is everywhere, just an idea.
Man I am so glad to have discovered your channel. I spent my first week or so constantly running out of stuff and having zero clue where to go to get good amounts of specific things. No more running around in broken gear until I find a replacement!
Awesome news, I'm glad I was able to help out, those early levels can be tedious when your not sure where to find resources. Been there myself, thanks for stopping by!
Yeah, no one likes collecting ore because you miss out on a lot of XP from kills. Sometimes you just gotta say $#!$ it and run it yourself, but sometimes you also end up with a group of new players who haven't run the event yet. In which case, you still have to say $!#! it and run ore yourself.
This is a combo ive been excited about for a while. To many other alts to level.... Did you know controlllers get containment but Gravity also has a great mechanic called IMPACT. If you hold a foe with your ST hold, then hit them with lift or propel, you do additional damage to the foe.
I wasn't aware of that, it's been a while since I last played, had to take a break was getting burnt out. I'll have to look into that, I really wasn't paying much attention to details like that honestly, was just trying to find fun combinations to play.
Arachnos Soldier is absolute trash until you hit level 24. Even then, you really need to be Crabbermind or Banemind to do work. However, Crabbermind does have the highest pylon dps on paper.
Soldier is meant to be a tedious experience, replicating your climb from basically worthless to the elite ranks. It's alright for solo play until you hit level 24 but contributes minimal amounts of "meh" to team play.
Gets a bit more varied with the free powers from the P2W vendor (or S.T.A.R.T. as she is called now). Just replace them later when you have a full rotation of class powers.
I have actually ditched this tank and I am working on a new stone tank build on the side, I'm just not feeling the titan sword as a tank. Works wonders for brutes however.
Level 175. You can farm silk in Mourningdale to get there. I have a farm route I use to run which starts right outside the settlement. Trackable at 200.
