so based on my understanding, sales manager isn't the one actually going to the field to sell things to people? I have an interview soon about this position yet i don't really know about it. Thank you in advance
Not really realistic. The only way I got a decent raise but threatening of leaving. 2 years past they are happy and understand that I am value and do not regret giving if to me. Sometimes you need to stand up for yourself and not beg and cry. What you are suggesting is that a person only deserves a raise if they do more for you. This is not right as many people already are underpaid for what they do without taking on more responsibilities.
Having something to relate over is so much easier said than done. I don’t golf, play tennis, collect watches, drink wine/ top shelf liquors. I’m not a foodie. Please advise

So relieved children won't affect my divorce but unfortunately even unseen adultery [by the kids but experienced by the betrayed spouse] does directly affect the kids because it affects that spouse's ability to parent. You try parenting when you're angry, confused, and betrayed by someone you made vows with.
