Very interesting! I am an EU citizen who has invested a substantial amount of money through an FDI into the US in the last couple of years. All of it has been pretty much destroyed by the incompetent US consulates that show no accountability to neither the US law, nor the bilateral agreement, deciding to not extend business visa for the essential investor/executive. The US has been breaching that bilateral agreement on a quarterly basis this last year and there seems to be no easy way to get justice, unfortunately. Has anyone had a similar experience? Are there any EU governing bodies that assist investors with such disputes? My own country (Lithuania) has been unable to provide any meaningful assistance in terms of guidance or providence of information. Very little information out there for the public, which is worrisome to state the obvious.
Judge Julia Sebutinde from Uganda voted against all the ICJ rulings… ironic in the sense that there was a scheme brought by the British - lord Chamberlain-to create a zionist homeland in Uganda.
