This is a comedy channel. I focus largely on camera talk, mainly video, but I also do funny videos about other interesting things I find around the internet like my "amazon answers gone wrong" series, or why youtube recommended videos are so terrible.
So come dive deep with me into the rabbit hole of Camera Conspiracies and other internet related mishaps!

I’ve determined through watching many hours of these “videos.” That this is basically angry camera asmr. And I’m here for it. Also 3d pop does not exist.
Call me crazy but I genuinely see 3D pop with this lens, especially when you're filming on the railroad tracks. I'm guessing it's because you're in focus right to the very edges while the background is soft so you pop. Maybe stopping down is the key for the 3D pop.
It's tiny, so it only has like, two and a half lens elements, one is likely a sheet of paper... two of them are extra-low dispersion, perfect for blending right into your background. But hey; how many body caps do you own that allow you to shoot photos?
So close to loving this. Generally I find viltrox quite boring. Apart from their microloser 13mm f1.8 lens that one has some character, all the others are a bit clinical. However their build quality for the price has been awesome, all metal construction, yes please. But this one is actually fun. Didn't see it coming. Has some character. Pancake with autofocus. Love that. 28mm Street lens, yes please. Built in lens cap, yes please. But why no manual focus its a 28mm 4.5 street lens ffs, just want to set the focus manually and leave it😢 I assume it must be impossible to have both mf and af at this size then
I have 13 28mm lenses from the Sigma 28mm f1.4 ART to the Sony FE 28mm f2 to Nikkor 28mm f2.8 AIS and then a bunch more vintage lenses I found at thrift stores over the years. I love 28mm focal length but this lens you just tested? Maybe not. Toneh 4.5 fixed aperture? Nah...
Just watched Colins Video (@AltCine) where he put an 1.55x anamorphic adapter on the viltrox so in the width it becomes an 18mm-ish FOV lens unexpectedly nice
IDK if this was intentional timing or not, but this perfectly timed with the Rodecaster Video release. Good lord the Shilltubers are out en masse for that.
Perfect opening segue....LOL!! When you're street videography was playing my Google Pixel song recognition said the music was a song called Bad News by Tom MacDonald, Madchild and Nova Rockafeller. Interesting? Good lens for street photography. No need for serious Tonyature there. Actually looked pretty good for your slow motion street videography. Fun stuff!!
