A little about my back story, I started mountain bike and road riding in 2015. Began leading groups for a couple different shops during this time. Now I do the group rides for fun, I started filming rides and making short videos for the group and also feature a ton of trails from a typical rider's perspective. Be sure to follow me, the videos and the group rides are only going to get better.
The channel has turned into a highlight of trails and riders that join. Thinking about doing some product spotlights and tutorials for a few things soon. Stay tuned.
Hello. This looks like a great family excursion. Would you have your entry and exit locations for this trip along the river same the time it took to complete?
The trails you did not explore do not require an uphill pedal. All of them run into Juniper. You can exit Junioer on Lake Mary Road and take that downhill to the Village shuttle. You only need to uphill pedal if you go all the way to Eagle Base. And to note, it's a pretty easy uphill pedal to the Village anyway. We typically park at Eagle and start the morning pedaling up to the Village and the shuttle. The. End the day with an either descent on Junioer to the car OR connect with trails outside the park that finishes off near Vons.
It’s super annoying when people decide to have a Sunday cruise on the trails. Makes it impossible for anyone else to actually maintain enough speed to hit the jumps and features. Of course when ya try an pass the Sunday cruisers they get all upset about it. If you’re not gonna even try to ride for real then stay home. I’d never be upset if someone was actually trying but was slow cuz I guarantee that person will be shredding pretty quick.
Sweet on the shuttles I guess. My standard is Twisted & Big twice , High Noon to WildHorse to Lance's to Alps to Iron Goat to RMR. Usually satisfies my climbing needs. See you got there!
You ONLY need the 1mm spacer at the front you check it because the funn zippa aluminum mount has a recess on the front and not the back. Check the instructions for this
By the way, I came here to check the bashguard before buying it, I saw your video along with others. Bought the item and came after assembling it. Using both spaces won't make the bike malfunction, but it will not run parallel with the drivetrain! Thanks for posting the video, I should do this as well, it can lend a hand sometimes! Cheers!
If your gonna properly enjoy San Tan I would bring an XC bike, if you have the option. Dynamite is pretty fun on a trail bike but everywhere else a trail bike is a bit sluggish. However an XC bike, full suspension or hardtail, makes the rest of San Tan super fun.
wtf, holy clickbait I watched that all for nothing!? that was a bunch of boring BS that I sat through just to hear about the crash, and I am hit with a "tune in next time folks"
Typical Valley. Too damned many people. That's why I ride the secret single track where you might run into 1 other group on a Saturday. About 65 miles of ST if you rode it all as one loop.
i discovered, that judging by most trail "ratings" i've ridden, that Sunrise is a bit more complicated than their signs say they are HAHA upper Fungus is definitely Black.. jaage has some bits of steep and roots that may consider it dark gray, at least Navy Blue! and on "easy out" the green trail, it's pretty sketchy bombing down at 40mph.. at least so Strava says.. that's the fastest ive ever hit on any trail... it was scary as hell but i lived!
I did this trail and I got lost so how. But watching this video is like maybe I took the wrong way because that looks nice it looks like you guys had fun. Went is the next ride I would like to enjoy you guys ¿ thank you
@@SharetheShred Not fun at all. It was right at the beginning of trail #533 on the climb portion. 🤦🏻♂️ Rock slashed the side of my rear tire about 2 inches long. Needless to say I went with a thicker casing in the rear now. Solid video! Enjoyed it! Keep it up.
@@JJMassar ugh that's the worse. Yeah I don't do anything lower than one about the base for tread strength. No less than Exo+ for maxxis, dd is great for the rear. Thank you. Trying to get back to videos at least once a month.
