Oh wow thanks for sharing! I was worried what are the effects of long term intermittent fasting, is it good or not, but I think as long as it makes us feel and look good we should keep it up. Thank you for sharing and your support 🙏
@@BlondyInsider I use it as a tool when I need it. When I want to cut down for a vacation, summer or whatever. I should clarify that I’ve been doing it for years but not continues. I would lose way too much weight if I did it every day lol

Step 1: Don’t lease a car Leasing is terrible financially unless you have a business and write off the car as a business expense. Just buying a 3-5 year old used car will leave you better off financially if it’s your personal car. With interest rates hitting really high rates there’s no good lease deals anymore. If you’re a millionaire with money to burn then go for it.
Yeah, no. That is the price for 1 night in Belgrade over Airbnb, other parts of this short equally inaccurate. Take care, check before following “hacks”.
It's true that salaries may be lower here compared to the US, but there are other factors that contribute to a balanced cost of living. It's all about finding the right balance for your lifestyle.
I have had bought the FSD for a while now in mine, I’m gonna be completely honest, I have never had an issue with mine. I’m at the point where I feel fully comfortable letting it drive me anywhere and everywhere. I think it just really depends on where you live? I’m not really sure. But for me, it’s absolutely perfect.
Thanks for sharing your experience with FSD! It's awesome to hear you've had such a smooth ride with it. Location can definitely play a big role, but it's great to know it's working perfectly for you.
@@BlondyInsider oh sure. nothing was selling fast 3 month DOM, prices tanked from comparable sales “, foreclosures, and many homes were $30k + $40k repairs .. ffw to now and these $50/sqft comps are now at like 475k with no updates (~$300 sq ft).. I signed a contract for a 5 bedroom home with a pool for $210k and as an inexperienced wholesaler i couldnt find a buyer, so… uhh, makes me sick.. new construction in that area 4 BR simple are $1m+ . I was told it was the pool that actually devalued the property but that didnt make sense to me, esp as a rental. I couod only imagine the AirBnB on that fking place now damnit lol
Sounds like you're in a tough spot. The market can be really unpredictable, and it's hard to know what's going to happen. But don't give up! Keep learning and growing, and you'll eventually find success. 😊
Thanks for the feedback! I appreciate your input, and I'll definitely look into improving the audio quality for a better viewing experience. Your support means a lot, and I'll strive to make sure future videos are clearer and easier to hear.
La Paz is the capital of Baja California Sur, a Mexican state on the Baja California Peninsula. It’s known for its seafront Malecón promenade with beaches, parks and art by Mexican and international artists. Many bars and restaurants overlook the water. In the city center, the 19th-century Nuestra Señora de La Paz Cathedral dominates the shady Velasco Garden.
