Definitely unusual for a motorway services. Usually it's boring stuff like HU02's or Airstreams.

Well worth it for such a rare dryer though.

There are marks behind the wall that make you wonder that. Possibly a KINGWE Sanidry.

I believe they also made the SM48, hence why they use the same motor.
