My neighbor just gave me a 1990 lt250 for free it runs and whatnot omg growing up watching you in the huevos movies especially jelly chang rip the lt around man like a dream come true.. Looks great he would be proud

How's the build coming, any updates? I love seeing these brought back to life. I've got an 88 that's been sitting for about 15 years. Seeing videos like this is really making me want to roll mine out and start to bring it back to life. I see it's been a year but any updates would be appreciated. Thanks
Was there anything big to change or a crazy amount of fab to get the engine to fit? Seems like with the "Backwards" cylinder it could've been a bit of an ass pain. Very cool... btw. Subber now.
There was a little fab to the chassis but what made it easy was RPRACEPERFORMANCE makes a kit for this engine. They do all the hard work like making the fuel tank, engine mounts, exhaust and the rest. Worth every penny in my opinion
Damn bro just ran across your channel from reminiscing some old quad freestyle videos I grew up watching. Ran across this video because of the lt250 and saw your name and thought damn could this be Jon guetter the legend himself lol but once I saw the bike I immediately thought about Kelly Chang. I live in Hilo Hawaii and grew up going to Waimea ranch to watch him ride and I swear you were there too once because I remember hearing about you were going to do the infamous backflip but it was to windy if I remember correctly. Me and my buddies grew up riding quads back in the early 2000’s when it was the most badass thing back in the day lol and we were big fans of you, Derek, Kelly Chang. We watched all the huevos, fallouts, h bomb films etc. Kelly was a legend at freestyle and watching him inspired us and you and Derek as well. Glad to see you brothers are still riding. I hung up riding quad in 07-08 and started riding dirt bike for a little over a year then gave up due to my back getting all messed up. My bad for the long story and sounding like a fanboy lol just brought back good memories. Hope you and Derek many more years of riding. Aloha boyz😎🤙🏻🤙🏻
Been a fan of your riding for a long time. ! Yes I agree ...getting old sucks ..I do some XC races once in awhile and at 50 I feel it for a week after..lol . It takes more balls to say to yourself NOPE Not flipping today than choosing to do it. At this stage of your life IMO. Thx for the vids DG!

God man them bikes were so sick lol now you said that thing about the false neutral is that something that is wrong with the bike or could it be me just pussyfooting on the shifter LOL that happens to me a lot when I'm riding in trails I'll be in 3rd gear go up to the turn like a sharp turn down shifted into 1st come out of the turn with the power band hitting ready to go into 2nd sometimes it'll do that slipping to that neutral and just do a real loud rev out I don't like that at all when it does it I have a 1990 Yamaha YZ80 I ride my friend's 2020 Yamaha yz125 and I noticed that it does it a lot more on that bike so I'm just wondering if it's me the way I'm shifting do I got to be a little bit harder around those gears the 1st and the 2nd or should I get my bike looked at????.... I just would really like to hear your opinion

Depends what kinda play. If you can grab the wheel and move it inside and out it’s the ball joints. If you can move the stem and the wheels don’t move is the tie rods. Or just could be your hub bearings are shot. Hard to say without seeing it in person.
