Good evening, I am the grandmother of this false story. The truth is I called the news because my rights were violated and wanted them to cover my side of the incident because all law inforcements were backing up a false report. Allow me to explain, my grandaughter is an habitual run away and she lives with her mother out of town. My granddaughter ran away from her mom the day before and came to my house trying to get in and I said no so she went next door to a neighbor's house then the police was called. I explained to the police that my granddaughter ran from her mom yesturday adding her mom has custody repeating she ran away from her mother is what I told the police, the judge and the news reporter. Both my granddaughter and daughter prior to this incident were told she is no longer welcomed in my home after numerous incidents example ; smoking in my house, sneaking out late at night 1-2 am leaving my doors unlock and the straw that broke the camal's back was when she started a fire in my attic that's when I annouced to the family she is no longer welcomed in my house ( this was explained to the police). I called13 news for help to get the word out that the police took me to jail with their sergeant's permission all because I wouldn't agree with them to let my granddaughter in my house. So, TO COVER UP they wrote a false police report stateing I put my granddaughter out and wouldn't let her back in then the police put a false charge on me. 13 news edited the video to fit the narrative of the false police report. This is why all charges were droped because the Internal Affairs was called as soon as I was release from jail. Also, the judge ordered me out my house as well so, you see all parties are violating my rights and covering for one another even the Toledo Internal Affairs after three or four months of investigating they found that the police did nothing wrong (exonerated). Toledo do not have a justic system their all corrupt and sad to say but this incident shed some light on Toledo, Ohio and how they disproportionately apply the law. This is a serious incident I was injured behind this and was taken to the hospital before seeing the judge that morning on Apri 2, 2024 with a BP of 265 over 170 this BP blood pressure attacked my eyesite and not to mention this is humiliating this is sad like the P Diddy case one bad person gets everyone in power to follow along with the mistreatment of another person (s). The Black community is aware how Toledo get down this is NOT AN ISOLATED INCIDENT I have a son doing time after he was aquitted, the jurores were crying because the judge forced them to say guilty by reading them the "HOWARD LAW". There were NO witnesses, NO DNA and after the trial we asked for his discovery and his lawyer wouldn't give it to me or him. Oh yes, the line up picture was a picture of another man which was in the discovery. My son's lawyer called me in to ask me if the line-up photo was my son and I told him NO then at trial they ( the Prosectors) changed it. This got to stop our community needs to take a stand and have the Governor clean up the corruption downtown if not then the community should come together to get the next chain of comman to handle this systemic curruption.
Where he's going he'll have enough time to reflect on his reply of "No" to the judge's question. Answering as a cocky arrogant 15 year old will hit differently in hindsight when there's lots of time to do nothing else.
A habitual run away? Maybe if they put her in house arrestfor running away she wouldn’t have been shot? Definitely glad he’s arrested for the murder he committed but sounds like she ran away and was somewhere she shouldn’t have been. A young girl running away constantly could’ve been kidnapped raped sold in sex trafficking or something. Just saying maybe she shouldn’t be running away and running the streets. Was she outside in the day time or was this. The middle of the night? Pretty sure teenagers have a curfew and shit probably for good reasons
He wasted her life an his. Fifteen and in prison for life? He could've been anything and he chose to be a burden on tax payers and some other lifer's bf.
Boy got 9 more years before he's even a fully developed grown man. He should be enjoying his high school years and getting girls, planning for the future, now he has no future. Imagine being 66 years old sitting in prison for something you did when you were 16.. RIP to that poor girl 🌹 💐
Hi, I am so hurt that the news would portray me as a bad person and thanks for standing up for me. Let me add the police let my granddaughter in my house, took me to jail and it was like six other grandkids in my house even a baby you can see him asleep on the couch next to me in the video. The granddad needs supervision he's ill had the police officers asked they would have known. If anyone endangered kids it would be them and their Sargent whom gave the police officers permission to take me to jail. There were no misunderstanding I kept repeating I don't have custody, she do not live in Toledo and she ran away from her mother yesterday. The police talked on facetime with my granddaughter's mother and she explained the same thing i said. After this incident the next day my granddaughter told her mother to leave her along before she be next as her mom was trying to get her to get in the car to take her back home SMH. THEY CURRUPTING THE MINDS OF OUR KIDS. CSB was called and investigated, they were already familiar with my granddaughter and her behavior. CSB was professional by not joining in on violating my rights by covering for the Toledo Police.
These young males are making these decisions that are costing them their lives and they want a second chance but when they get in court they are sorry x100 but its too late too late young dude bye bye let this be a lesson for his followers
