I’m so happy that Oscar is with Addie. His life has improved tenfold. I have noticed one thing though. It’s One rule for one and one rule for the other. Oscar is keeping his kids faces off of social media like what was asked of him. Their mum however, isn’t and that’s not fair.
Make the proposal something private for only you and y'all's family. Talk to her parents and if she has siblings talk to them. They might have a story that helped her to become the wonderful woman she is today. Then surprise her with that. Make it about her and your love for each other.

Once you sat back and realized the things that you needed to do in life to better yourself is when you and Addie found each other. You were able to show yourself that you are worthy of all that the right partner has to offer to you and vice versa. You both are not in the relationship to see what you can get out of it but to be an asset to each other. That is why you have found a loving and successful relationship and have also found success in other parts of your life. It's fine that you did not reach all of your goals because you did something even better. You are able to look at them and admit the reasons that you did not achieve them and dig deep to answer that honestly without placing the blame on anyone else.
