I love seeing someone having a good old go Set the curve out on a sheet of ply. Draw course out and cut a nice template. Cut the bricks a little smaller than half, a curve that tight would be around 70mm When you lay them put the joint on the brick as if you where building an arch. This will give you more control over the placing and use a small dead blow mallet rather than your trowel, you will find this more effective than using a trowel it will prevent the adjacent joints from seeping mortar. After all people look at RU-vid videos for guidance and encouragement. Well done.
