Normally i don't like furniture painting but I appreciate you used a vintage color and not just white, grey or beige like a lot of people and you put more color into it with the flower pattern. I'm torn on the fake weathering but it brings nice contrast to the piece
The flowers are from a furniture transfer from Redesign with Prima. This one is called Pastels Artistry 🙂 you can find it here: retail.redesignwithprima.com?aff=74
New to decapouge. Due you peel off paper after. Looks extremely bright. Then looks muted. Extremely new to declopouge. Please excuse any spelling errors. Thanks so much--Dee
i absolutely love this I love using fabric strips..This is just adorable especially with the little round decor moulds and lace rounds...beautiful! will try this next yr!!
I love them! Great job! However, fwiw… the first framed print is (I believe) is a Beautiful print of the artwork by Vivian Flasch called "Sonata Floral". This is typically worth like, anywhere from $30-$40 and sometimes I’ve seen it go upwards of around $95.00. I actually picked up a quite ugly picture darker from age a while back for $20 because I loved the frame. But when I did a little research found it to be worth over $3000 😮
The paint I used here is called Junk Monkey Chalk Paint. However they no longer make paint unfortunately. Another brand I really like and is great for blending is Lilly Moon Paint

There’s a wide variety of specific decoupaging papers now, instead of just cutting images out of magazines like people used to do. Decoupaging has actually changed a lot 🤗
