I hope you would have at the very least touched on the subject that for people of colour masking is a much bigger safety measure. There are a disproportionate amount of autistic POC assaulted, jailed, killed and locked up in mental facilities than white counterparts for being unmasked.

I'm glad I watched this video. Especially from 2:23, Martin's advice is neutral, impartial and universal to everyone with or without Autism. It is true that in working life, you'll definitely have both good and bad experiences, you'll find people who support you or who don't, and any job comes to an end eventually. I recommend all young people to watch this video whether you are going to start your career soon or already in employment. Thank you for sharing your experience and thoughts, Martin! Very inspirational 😊

this was so lovely to watch especially as i was just watching this to see other staff members perspective of there job, and whilst watching it i recognised oscar and then he said oliver and i thought it was a coincidence but it wasn’t, Oliver is now one of the students i teach and i love working with him!! 💙
