Of course not right away for someone with knee pain. once you’re out of pain and gain back eccentric quad strength, for our athletes, getting back to more challenging ways to push eccentric quad control, depth drops have a place for sure
I would suggest you start with some RDL’s first, make sure you can do them with good form and are able to feel hamstrings. Once you can do that with some good load, try the basic 2 arm Kb swing. Be sure to feel hamstrings and that you are hinging the hips back.
