I don't think the is very good idea for people who they have knee problems.

Of course not right away for someone with knee pain. once you’re out of pain and gain back eccentric quad strength, for our athletes, getting back to more challenging ways to push eccentric quad control, depth drops have a place for sure

I would suggest you start with some RDL’s first, make sure you can do them with good form and are able to feel hamstrings. Once you can do that with some good load, try the basic 2 arm Kb swing. Be sure to feel hamstrings and that you are hinging the hips back.

The one in the beginning? It's called a safety bar and it's designed for the lower body only essentially

It’s called a safety squat bar or SSB bar there’s a lot of different companies that sell them, they are all good!

@@robrabena sprints aren’t meant for power building, they are meant to boost your stamina, I guess they will build a little strength but they aren’t meant for power building.

I have continuous low back pain. I had been looking for many remedies and also tried all of them but didn`t find any great results. On the other hand, this back discomfort guide known as Kenzano Ayb (Go ogle it) have been the best. It is quite cozy. You should try this guidebook also!

Love this back problems guide, Kenzano Ayb (Go ogle it)! Out from intense curiosity, I tried this plan and found that it worked on healing my back discomfort. I even advised this informative guide to my mom and dad because of the good results I uncovered. I had been advised that they can`t imagine how good maybe it was. The best remedy for lower back pain.

So I need to do MORee than what I have been doing. Great help for a natural fix. Forget drugs, Docs, therapists, surgery, disability, and law suits!!! Health not victimhood! I want to do my annual Turkey Trot 5 or 10k, not the "I'm old" bull sh**"

Thank you! I injured my back a month ago and have unbearable pain in the mornings now. After watching the video and doing the stretches I felt like a brand new person! I love how short and to-the-point this video is. It’s irritating having to sort through a long video to find the stretches when you’re in a lot of pain haha 😆 Thanks so much for the video! This is my new morning routine🙌🙌🙌
