Why does seem like the cattle hoof trimmers have an easier process. I know there's more equipment involved- but isn't there better tools for the horse hooves as well?
Do horses, generally speaking, like when you work on their hooves? Or do they hate it or just tolerate it? I’m sure they’re happy when they’re all fixed up but is the process a plus or minus while it’s happening?
That’s because horses in the wild walk and run over tough terrain much more and for longer distances than domesticated horses. It keeps their hooves trimmed naturally. There’s a video somewhere explaining this. I was confused too.
