Thank you. I really enjoyed your video. I grew up in Spokane in the 80's & 90's and walked the downtown area numerous times. Some things have changed, but many of the older brick buildings are still there. I was pleasantly surprised that Aunties bookstore is still there! 😊
Very nice overview of The Dalles - one of our favorite day trips out of Portland. BTW, the "Discounts Plus!" store seen in the downtown footage at 6:40 was a JCPenney until 2017 (other Oregon stores in Astoria, Pendleton and LaGrande were in the same round of closures). You did miss the Sunshine winery complex, though.
There is nothing 3rd world about Wenatchee. My husband grew up in a 3rd world country - 92% unemployment as of right now. You should definitely travel more. Wenatchee is heaven compared to all the larger cities we’re forced to live in due to my husband’s work. I would take those beautiful mountain views over the smog soup I currently exist in.
