Hey! the map is called Kunduz. Always been one of my favourites in Arma 3, but have a look on the Arma 3 workshop, I see they have made a successor to that one called Kunduz River. I haven't tested it myself but might do so today
Funny story Kerbo , And this is no word of a lie, Your Out of Ore Season 2 series got me so hooked into the game I bought it and played it way too much, resulting in me not playing Arma for 6 months, But yesterday I started recording the next episode, so I should be uploading again next week! I have been on the look out for a nice AI management system but ill definitely give those a go! Thanks for the suggestion. I plan to start using AI on a scale for this play through as the map is pretty big for one person.
@@machetemarksman I highly recommend using Tacview with DCE as it creates a limited zeus mode with a line of sight system. Moreover I recommend using these mods: .Better Zeus AI CONTROL (move under fire) .ZEUS ENHANCEMENT: TARGET POSITION .Tova's AI improver .@AI Driving Control .Drongos Artillery .Drongos Air Operations .Drongos Air Ops Extended Let me know if you have trouble finding any of those and I'll provide links.
@@machetemarksman For squad level stuff I use a script that can teleport AI to my position when they derp out and get stuck. You can create a trigger in the mission and add this to the init: _resetPosition = getPos player; {_x setPos _resetPosition; sleep 0.2;}forEach units group player; hint "Squad Reset Complete"; Once added set the activation to Radio Alpha and make it repeatable. That way you can activate radio alpha and reset your squad whenever you need to. Please note this only works for infantry and is not recommended to use with vehicles in your squad because it will teleport the units outside of the vehicle. It's also worth noting that there is a lag spike that will happen when you do this. The bigger your squad, the bigger the spike. This is really only a problem at the platoon level and up however.
@@kgp227 Sounds awesome! I have played a lot with most of those but will familiar myself with the rest in the editor. The video coming out tomorrow was recorded a while ago so it might be a video or two before you see these mods being used as i have recorded in advance, but will definitely be adding those mods to improve game play.
