✨Nutella Brownies✨ They’re made with 3 ingredients and turn out gooey, fudgy, and crinkly-topped! Ingredients 2 eggs substitute (aquafaba or flax egg) 1 1/4 cup Nutella 1/2 cup almond flour Method In a large mixing bowl, add eggs and whisk until fluffy and then combine the Nutella, and almond flour, and mix until combined. Pour batter into the lined pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the tops are crispy remove from the oven and allow to cool in the pan. Once cooled, cut into square and top it with Nutella and hazelnut and enjoy!

✨Banana Walnut Lassi✨ This delightful drink is simple to prepare at home and can be enjoyed while fasting during Navratri! Ingredients 1 banana 1 cup curd 3 tbsp walnuts 1 tbsp jaggery powder Some ice cubes Some chopped walnuts. Method In a food processor, add banana, curd, walnuts, jaggery powder or honey and add some ice cubes if required. Blend it well till smooth and creamy. ✨Vrat wale momos/Amrood ki chutney✨ This is perfect for Navratri! It's not fried, incredibly tasty, and super simple to make. Plus, the guava chutney pairs perfectly with it! Ingredients For momo cover 1 1/2 cup sabudana in water for 7-8 hrs Sendha namak For momo filling 1/2 cup grated coconut 1/2 cup crushed peanuts 10-12 raisins 1-2 green chilies 2-3 tbsp chopped green coriander leaves Sendha namak as taste Amrood/Guava Chutney 3 amrood/guava 2 tsp Roasted cumin seed 1/2 inch ginger 1-2 green chill Handful of coriander leaves Sendha namak 1 tbsp lemon juice Method First, soak sago/sabudana water for 7-8 hrs or until the sago turns translucent. In a bowl add all ingredients mix well keep it aside. Meanwhile, in a blender jar add all ingredients and blend into smooth chutney transfer into a bowl and add lemon juice and keep it aside now, take all the soaked sago in a bowl after draining water, wet your hands thoroughly, and add sendha namak and knead for 2 - 3 minutes until very pliable. Oil your hands and take a small amount of dough, flatten and make a disc shape and place 1-2 tsp of the filling in the centre, then close the flattened disc carefully and shape into a round ball. Repeat the process with the remaining dough and the filling. Now ready the steamer for cooking these balls.Before placing the balls in the steamer, brush the steamer plate with oil. Steam them for 15 minutes or till the sago becomes soft and transparent. Garnish with amrood ki chutney, pomegranate and fresh coriander. Serve and enjoy! ✨Honey dry fruit laddu✨ Delicious, healthy, nutritious, and quick-to-make energy balls. Just perfect for this festive season. Ingredients 2 tbsp ghee 1/4 cup chopped cashews 1/4 cup chopped almonds 1/4 cup chopped pistachios 4 tbsp honey Method In a pan add ghee and chopped dry fruits. Roast just for 4-5 mins on low heat now to this add honey and mix for 2 mins. Switch off the heat. Let the mixture cool completely, pinch a small portion to make balls and it's ready. ✨Millet Idli & Chutney✨ A soft & spongy instant idli, with coconut chutney to make it even more flavourful.A perfect recipe for those who are fasting this Navratri. Ingredients For Idli 1 Cup Sama Rice/Barnyard Millets ¼ Cup Sabudana, Sendha Namak/Rock Salt to taste 1/2 cup curd 1 cup water 1 packet Eno fruit salt For Chutney Handful of fresh coriander 2 green chillies 1/2 inch ginger 1/4 cup fresh grated coconut Sendha namak/Rock Salt to taste 3 tbsp water Method Add sama rice and sabudana in a mixer grinder jar and grind to a fine powder. Transfer it into a bowl, add curd, salt and water mix well, and add water as required to make a flowy batter. Cover & rest for 20 minutes. Now add 1 packet of Eno fruit salt & gently mix & pour into greased idli moulds. Steam in pre-heated steamer/ kadai for 10-12 minutes on medium flame. For chutney add all ingredients in the mixer jar and blend.(Temper with Oil,Cumin seeds and curry leaves,if you eat). Cool the idli slightly before unmoulding idli. Serve hot with chutney and enjoy! It didn’t work with me. Can you add more details about cooking time. I kept the mix for a long time on the pan but nothing happened

✨Almond Cookies✨ These cookies are free from gluten and refined sugar, and they taste amazing! They pair wonderfully with a nice cup of coffee. Ingredients 1 cup almond flour 1/4 cup honey 3 tbsp milk Method In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients: almond flour, honey and milk. Combine the ingredients until it forms a cookie dough. Roll a tablespoon of dough between your slightly oiled hands release it on the prepared baking tray and add almonds on top to decorate. Bake the cookies in a preheated oven for 10-12 minutes at 180 °C until slightly golden and slightly hard on top. Let the cookies cool down completely then serve and enjoy! ✨Chocolate Modak✨ Everyone loves chocolate, and this perfect mix of tradition and temptation is a treat you shouldn't overlook. Ingredients 2 cup milk powder 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup condensed milk 2 tbsp cocoa powder 1 tbsp ghee Method In a pan add milk powder, milk, and condensed milk and mix until all comes together then add cocoa powder and ghee now on low to medium heat and keep stirring until you get a dough-like consistency remove from the heat and let it come to room temperature.Now take the mixture and put into modak mould press and make hollow add Nutella and chopped nuts, seal the bottom and garnish with gold vark. ✨Spicy Soupy Noodles✨ A warm and comforting dish! This simple recipe allows you to create a delicious and aromatic spicy noodle soup that's just right for the rainy season. ✨Saffron Baked Yoghurt✨ This baked yoghurt is prepared in the instant pot just makes it so easy and quick, delicious dessert, that tastes heavenly! Ingredients 250g hung curd 220ml condensed milk 150g fresh cream 4 tbsp saffron milk 1/2 tsp cardamom powder Method In a small bowl, mix milk and saffron, stir and set it aside. In another bowl, whisk together hung curd, condensed milk, cream, saffron milk, and elaichi powder. Transfer the mixture to a heat-proof bowl. Cover with foil paper Steam it on medium flame for 20-15 mins till it sets completely. Let it cool down at room temp for 1 hour and refrigerate in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight. ✨Rasam Rice✨ This one-pot rasam rice prepared in the instant pot represents the epitome of convenience and simplicity in cooking. Ingredients 1/2 cup toor or arhar dal 1/2 cup rice 1 tbsp ghee 1/2 tbsp oil 8-9 garlic pod 1/2 tsp mustard seeds Hing pinch 1-4 tsp cumin seeds 1 green chilli 2 dry red chilli 8-10 curry leaves 1/2 tsp pepper powder 3 chopped tomatoes 1/2 cup whole shallots 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp red chilli powder 2 tbsp rasam powder Salt to taste 4 tbsp tamarind water 4 cups water Method Soak rice and both dal in water for a minimum of 30 minutes and drain. In a pressure cooker Heat oil, tadka of mustard, cumin, hing, pepper, curry leaves, garlic, chilli, red chilli fry. Cook onion, and tomatoes for a minute or two. Add all spices. Rice, dal and cook for a minute. Add water & ghee and pressure cooker. Add tamarind water and check for salt. Serve hot and enjoy!
