Great video Prof., I have noticed over the years, using both these variations, when it comes to pushing light to moderate weight, the seated leg curl machine works just fine, but when it comes to going heavy, most of the seated leg curl machines tend to push our lumbar spine away from the back rest, leading to lesser effectiveness overall. On the contrary whenever I have used the lying leg curl machine, the tension I’ve felt in my hams was much much greater, even allowing me to push a little more weight, I do understand the biomechanical difference at the hip, but that has been my experience.

Good point, I've noticed the same thing with heavier loads. Definitely affects the biomechanics...

Hi there ☺️ I just wanted to stop by and say that today I passed my NASM CPT exam. I had been studying the material on my own reading it chapter by chapter until I found your series with each chapter of the CPT7 while I was around Chapter 11 or so. From that chapter on, I watched your videos while following along in my book and you were instrumental in me being able to understand the concepts. Thank you so much for the work you do 👏

Why did keto heal my autoimmune disease and hormonal dysfunction when 5 specialists over the course of a year told me there was nothing to help me besides being on a (big pharma propaganda) cancer drug for the rest of my life? Why has keto and carnivore completely reversed debilitating chronic illness for 100s of thousands if not millions? Why did I and so many others feel DRAMATIC CHANGE after only being on keto for less than a month? Science is observation and asking the right questions to find the truth. What you just talked about did not work for me, because I could not control my carb intake. Which is the case for most of the people I know that struggle with health. For some reason, keto was the only diet where I lost weight without trying, felt stronger and sharper, and finally could control my cravings AND hunger. I reversed my prediabetes and insulin resistance in a month… And I did it without any supervision of the brainwashed medical system. I watched hundreds of testimonials and info on channels like Dr. Berg, and the many other BOOMING SUCCESSFUL keto/carnivore channels on RU-vid. Unfortunately, the “education” system seems to have some enormous gaps in being able to actually help people get better… and instead ushers the sick to drugs that make them sicker and broke. Why is that? You seem like a nice guy, but don’t dismiss keto. You could be hindering thousands of deeply sick people’s getting their life back. I respectfully disagree with basically everything you said and I got my life back by ignoring the highly educated medical systems advice.

Are you suggesting that your doctor is who you should talk to about diet? I'm fairly certain that is not there profession. Their going to want to put you on a drug to fix your "diet". Maybe you have had better luck that the rest of the population.....
@spoton5981
@spoton5981 2 месяца назад
When I was smacked with three auto immune diseases and complete bodily dysfunction, I went to the doctor… 5 specialists to be exact. Not a single one suggested I critique my diet or even brought up diet. Instead, they wanted to put me on a cancer drug methotrexate for the rest of my life. I was severely disappointed with there being no interest in coaching or natural remedies so I looked into the keto diet which I stumbled upon. within three weeks 50% of my symptoms Receded and I felt like I got my life back. Do you think those doctors cared about my testimony? Asked questions? nope. The medical system, is actually “Big pharma keep u sick system” I don’t trust the system or “the science” anymore.

40% carbs is as imperfect as you can get. It leads to 50%, then 60%, then more carbs. Are you working with big pharma to get your clients on diabetic meds???
