Kyle in this video looking at your side by side pictures, I'm about where you were in reference to the second from the left...my question is what are the top 2 things you did to go from second from left to third from left size?
Mike Millsaps if you are talking about the picture were there are 4 of me then I can say a couple of things changed. 1. I made the decision to do a competition. That was a huge thing because it put my mind in the right place to get it done. 2. I really took the Project 10 Challenge that took me from picture 1 to picture 2 a lot more serious because i started to understand that abs come from you eat not as much what you do. 3. I started doing a.m. cardio on the treadmill at a 10° incline at 3 m.p.h. for 30 minutes 6 days a week. 4. My training became more body sculpting training instead of just lifting to be lifting. Kyle, definitely helps...and I will be looking into more sculpting workouts...I use fitranx for the base of my workouts and I back into the shredding phase and off the bulking phase...I will stay in touch. Keep up the good vibes man, you look great.
