For once the black actually works beautifully because ornaments usually reflect other surfaces and on a Christmas tree the prominent colors feel like red and black
Think they can be all interchangeable but it depends on what you want the lighting and color grading to be. And for objects like those you gotta also think about how light or even other objects would reflect off it

mixed on paper gives a more funky vibe for sure, with the fact you can see the other colors, but mixed on palettes gives a more clean look ^^ i like them both!
OMG, that was so me! Then she said apples but I was still struggling to see it. It just looked orange to me. 😂 I'm going to blame it on my screen not showing the true colors as that sounds so much better than me not knowing am apple from an orange. 😊
