1 cup suji 1 cup milk 1 spoon vinegar Rest for 15min. Half cup sugar 1/4 oil(refined) 1 spoon vanilla essence Coco powder 4 spoon Make a smooth Bater Preheat the utensil for 10-15min on medium heat. Add one spoon baking powder 1/4 baking soda 2 pinch salt 2 spoon milk Mix Bake for 20-30 min Cool down a bit and enjoy 😋

Gravy: Onion Garlic Ginger Tomato Cashew nuts Dhaniya stem One glass water Laung 2-3 1-2 inch dalchini Kali mirch (Boil them until they become soft and then drain the excessive water. Cool them down and then blend in a fine paste, you can blend some pieces of paneer to make it more creamy) To make Malai paneer: Sarso oil Butter Jeera Dalchini Ilaichi Laung Add the gravy Dhaniya powder Kitchen King Haldi Jeera powder Kashmiri lal mirch powder Lal mirch Salt according to taste Fresh cream 2 spoon(malai) Half spoon sugar (Cook until the gravy releases oil. Add water according to the consistency of gravy you want. Add paneer cubes. Cook for 5 min. Crush Kasuri methi and sprinkle some dhaniya patta). Serve hot and enjoy!
