I have one from smoke crack cocaine for like 2 weeks straight then stopped it’s very small and painful no lumps in neck or head anywhere white little spot can feel a lil bit of a bump with my tongue but not with my fingers it’s painful right as it came so I’m thinking( and praying) that’s it.
