Amazing capture! That looks like a large frog (do you know what kind?) caught deep down its captor's throat here! I can only imagine what the potential meal is thinking at this moment. 😧🐸😅 It looks quite desperate here, I’m guessing no one reached out, pulling the frog to save its life?? So could the hungry Snake manage to win the struggle and gulp that whole prey down entirely okay?? It also looks like the amphibian is trying to puff out to prevent sliding down further. If eaten, does the unlucky thing get swallowed alive all the way as well?! It looks so big still, maybe this isn’t the last for the frog and it can somehow survive the encounter?

So the hungry Snake managed to win the struggle and gulp that whole prey down entirely okay?? It also looks like the amphibian is defensively extending out to prevent sliding down further. Thank You! It is beyond imagination to think what's really going on inside the frog's head. by the way, Uperodon rohani is the scientific name of the frog, commonly known as globular frog and is endemic to Sri Lanka. This is the nature's way. Natural food chains. We don't get involved in nature's business. Even though frogs have their own ways of defending themselves, this unfortunate individual served nature's purpose.
