I am going to Europe in April. Do you carry the bag all day as you sightsee or just as your carryon? I'm worried it might get too heavy to carry all day.
I carry it just as a carry on. If you are site seeing I suggest a smaller crossbody bag or bum bag. I personally love my LV backpack for hands free traveling. I’ve even climbed mountains with that backpack!
We did! I wrote more in my blog post about it. It’s linked in the description. It was easy for us to drive everywhere and more convenient with a kid. However it has gotten so much busier since we last went. But maybe it’s slowed down because of COVID.

I realize this was in 2018 - was wondering how is the leather part now 2021 if you still have it , I've been wanting this bag but I am afraid is going to turn too dark since I am not a big fan of the leather process but i just love the bag the way it is when new. I wish LV would just dye the leather in the original light beige color to remain that way forever ! - be well -thanks!! could you please share your height , to get an idea if this bag would look the same on me?
