1. It make sense Xerox sell CareAR business to ServiceNow. Use time now, before competitors did not kill CareAR. 2. ServiceNow needs to sell product/service of CareAR to the core service of their customers. Serve customers based on the core.

CareAR is a great company with an innovation in service industry. You can grow very fast on a Globe with right business management tactics. I am a Canon office equipment Service Manager having considerable experience in India and Middle East (Dubai, UAE). this is interesting, but companies like snapchat already have most of this technology. they just don't implement it for remote support.
