1. It make sense Xerox sell CareAR business to ServiceNow. Use time now, before competitors did not kill CareAR. 2. ServiceNow needs to sell product/service of CareAR to the core service of their customers. Serve customers based on the core.

Just another way for Xerox to avoid actually sending techs to work in their production equipment.

I hate how Xerox keeps pushing me to use this on my personal phone to help them fix my employers equipment. What nonsense.

this is interesting, but companies like snapchat already have most of this technology. they just don't implement it for remote support.
