Alot of these Homeless are Severe Psychotics as observed with Saul Bal who listed his home as the ZONE. This is all Wrongheaded and should be handled by Medical Doctors and Competent Professionals.

I love these homes... the one I love looking at is the one across the street from the ymca in downtown Phoenix. Boy I'd love to see that house saved!! It's a beauty!

Ok so in regards to the shutting down of so much of central phxs i10.. why would you allow not only so much of it at once, but you do it on the weekends instead of late night during the week? The construction on roads in this city is unacceptable. I'm seing 3 lane roads that were redone months ago, being down to one lane.. for months at a time.. again. Get a grip!! Need a new planner obviously
So great when there are so few Hispanic homeless people living on our streets like they did before 2020… but it’s really sad that they’ve been replaced 20 fold by white men and black men.
I lived across the street at 1301 E Garfield from age 2 to 17----which is when they built the new school on my lot. I remember those cars --they stored them on the Roosevelt Street side where the kindergarten was and the car lanes were marked. They were not used by then, just stored in wood sheds.
I dont want the police to be loveable, I want them to be responsible. That's a good thing to expect. Accountability for one's conduct - that's what we ask not only of public safety professionals, but of all citizens. The police should be accountable for protecting and respecting civil rights and human dignity, regardless of one's housing status or disability.
There are far more English-speaking, English educated, white and black homeless men in Phoenix AZ than there are any other nationality and this is one of the reasons why. This aspect of a liaison you go out there and you look for Hispanics and I’ve heard you ask for them… what you do is so vastly different than what I do that I don’t want to hear about what you do you perpetuate the problem.
